Two-year-old Seraphina Rose Elizabeth is happy to lend a hand — and get cart-wheeled courtesy mom Jennifer Garner! — during a grocery run to Gelson’s in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday.

The actress — also mom to Violet Anne, 5, with husband Ben Affleck — makes it a priority to take her girls food shopping.

“I feel like kids are more likely to eat [fruits and vegetables] if they have a say in what goes into the basket,” Garner recently shared.
