Proud papa Orlando Bloom keeps a protective hand on baby boy Flynn, 8 weeks, and wife Miranda Kerr on Wednesday while arriving at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.
The couple, who wed last July, welcomed their son on Jan. 6 in Los Angeles.

there is no minimum age for a baby to fly.

kate, a lot of airlines require a doctor’s note to fly if the baby is under two weeks old. (although i’m not sure if the note is for the baby or more for mothers flying so soon after giving birth.) young babies tend to fly really easily – no need to pack much if they’re breastfeeding, and they usually sleep a lot.

Kate, my mom was unable to have me in the very small town we were living in (She was considered old at the time, although now 29 is nothing compared to alot of women these days) so she flew to Calgary where her parents were/are to have me at 8 months pregnant. Then flew first to Edmonton to meet my other grandparents and then again a few days later home to the NWT all within a month of when I was born and that was 24 years ago. The first year of my life I was on a plane at least once a month.
