Mini Must-Have: Mason Disick’s Cute Moccasins

02/04/2011 at 10:00 AM ET

Mason Dash Disick recently impressed us with his stylish sock collection.

But this time, it’s his fab footwear that has caught our attention.

Last October, we spotted the lil tyke in the cutest pair of mini moccasins while out and about in N.Y.C. with mom Kourtney Kardashian.

After oohing and aahing a bit, we decided to find out who made them.

Lucky for us (and you!), we discovered they’re from Freshly Picked, a hip line of custom handmade goodies.

Mason rocked the Dark Brown ($45) version, but the adorable fringed slip-ons are also available in 11 other colors including gold, pink and tan.

I love moccasins, period. And on a baby–even cuter!

I have these mocs! They are adorable in pics, but are even better in person. So well made, beautiful leather and my little girl LOVES wearing her gold ones. Little did she know she was so hip!

oh my god, only $40! what a steal if you want to forgo some groceries for that week. please let’s see some realistic clothes for toddlers who outgrow their items very quickly, some of us are on a budget!

The gold one are sooooooo adorable!

What a great price!!! Thanks! I love them, so cute.

Hmm… I routinely buy $40 shoes for my kids… And the price doesn’t bother me. But they also apparently grow more slowly than your average baby so we get good wear out of them at least.

Hmmm, i must be out of it since i purchase my kids shoes at target and old navy and think paying over $20 is absurd during a recession, but that’s just me…

Sky- are we still in a recession?

Anyway, theyre cute and could always be a gift idea.

Jill on

I would much rather spend $40 on quality shoes that last longer, than $20 on crappy quality.

The double-edged sword of a recession is that people generally hold on to their money tighter, but you also need to spend money to get the economy back on track. Yep, even on the “big ticket” items like these $45 moccasins.

I love the way Kourtney dresses Mason, and I too love moccasins on babies!

I have these in all sizes for my munchkins, they last forever!

emily, technically we are still in a recession based on a number of factors: job losses, severe unemployment, declines in personal income, and declines in real GDP, and of course our downward housing market. not sure where you live but i see it everyday.

jill, who defines the value of crap? if i get something on sale for $20 it is bad? It is better to bargain shop and being smart and savvy and know where the deals are.

alice jane, if this company is us based, good for supporting it – hopefully it is.

This is a US based company. Not only is it in the US but, she is a stay at home mom who started this business to help earn extra money. How do I know this? She is my sister. All of her products are made in her home and made by HER! I am so proud of her today!

i can see my comments fall upon deaf ears. i am allowed my comments too and appreciate not to be criticized. naomi, good for your sister. i just wish i could afford them.

Jill on

i define what crap is… I am the one buying it! I think Target and Old Navy shoes are crappy quality. If you are buying shoes for children at those stores you are not getting them on sale, as no shoes are more than that price…..for the most part.

And this is my opinion too…. You initially comment screams rude/sarcasm. Did you not think people would respond the same way? Skip the post if you don’t like it.

Sky- no one was critizing? I honestly did not see any snide remarks, which is a suprise on this board. I agree that for baby shoes, 40 dollars is a bit much, especially if the one wearing them isn’t walking much. I would neverbuy them for myself, but would be a nice gift.

thanks for ending the threads on this one. i hate when the comments get out of hand and it becomes a defensive blog instead of original content. seriously though, some of us are saving our pennies and would love to see more affordable kids stuff. i never thought i would be insulted for shopping at target or old navy either. i just wish i had half the money these women have on this blog.
