For those of you who didn’t get a chance to get your holiday cards out on time — don’t fret! Paper Culture has a wide selection of cool New Year’s Cards that you can still send to friends and family. Choose from the modern Cheer classic Ornate Joy or quirky (and colorful!) Joyful Outburst photo cards ($1.49 to $2.29). Either way, everyone will be impressed.

The truly fun part is finding a snapshot that really captures your family’s personality. Actress Nicole Sullivan ($#*! My Dad Says) used a photo of her and her clan (husband Jason Packham and sons Dashel, 3½, and Beckett, 17 months) dressed up in Wild West-themed costumes for their holiday card (below).

Need more time to decide what you want? The chic stationery e-boutique also stocks an adorable selection of Valentine’s Day styles. Our faves are Smile, Love and Love Birds. Check out more cards at

Umm..thanks but wouldn’t it be too late to send New Year’s cards in February? Unless you’re talking about the Chinese New Year? LOL

eurgh i hate these kinds of cheesy staged photographs. i prefer a nice casual shot, maybe the family in the living room or something. no coordinated, colour-matching outfits. just how people really look :)

I would think something went wrong with the mail if I got a new years card now!

I think that wild west photo is cute though but not for a card.

I would totally do something like this, it’s quirky and ridiculously silly. I get basically the same card every year from my friends, everyone matching and smiling in the living room or outside during autumn, this is just as cheesy but way more entertaining:)
