And the delivery surprise is … a girl!

Samantha Harris welcomed her second daughter, Hillary Madison Hess, on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 11:04 p.m. The baby girl, who joins big sister Josselyn Sydney, 3, weighed in 7 lbs., 11 oz. and is 20.5 inches long

“It’s a girl! Jossie has a little sister now,” the Entertainment Tonight correspondent, 37, said in a statement to her show.

Mom is said to be doing well, with dad Michael Hess jokingly adding, “It didn’t hurt ME a bit!”

the picked such a bad pic of her! Her girls’ names go well together, I haven’t heard of many Hillarys lately either. I don’t care for Madison–sort of the last name as first name thing or place names. Love the names of both girls and from what I have read she sounds like a wonderful mother, but I have to say this, is there a single picture of her with her mouth closed? Every smile her mouth is half/fully opened. I think she is a beautiful women but all the pictures of her that I have seen do very little for her. All that aside. Congratulations to the happy family, hope everything went well and smoothly in the deliver room, and that both mom and baby are healthy. They truly make beautiful babies and choose such lovely names I for one can’t wait to see the pictures of the new addition.

Congratulations! Babies are always a joy but has no one noticed that “Hillary” is the male spelling of the name? My mom is “Hilary” and said that she did not meet a female “Hillary” until Clinton’s presidency. Funny how subconcious outside sources influence how people name their kids. Love the combination of Hillary Madison though!

Actually, “Hilary” with one “L” is the male spelling of the name. Hillary is for females, not that it matters since no one seems to follow that rule anymore, and you don’t see many male Hillarys.
