Oceanic Media Group/FilmMagic

Kingston Rossdale, 4½, takes a breather — and gets a ponytail from mom — during an afternoon at Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills on Monday.

Gwen Stefani was also joined at the playground by younger son Zuma, 2.

The No Doubt frontwoman, 41, has been Tweeting up a storm as the band records their new album.

She has such beautiful kids! =) They look so happy together!

King looks so much like Gavin with his hair pulled back!

agree with anonymous. Her kids are so beautiful. Kingston just seems to go with the flow of whatever comes his way. Who really knows, but he seems like a kid older than he is. (meant in a good context).

You kind of wonder though what he is actually exposed too.

to be fair no more than most kids, if you think about what kids today are exposed to in other places, i mean really really exposed too ** think haiti** all this hollywood stuff kinda falls by the way. Its no big deal, xxx both kids i think look healthy and happy and gwen and gavin give them impression they really love being parents and jus want the best for both boys ,

What more can we ask for xxxxxxxxx such a cuie pie xx

Both boys are getting so big, and in that second picture, I swear someone cloned Gwen and then shrunk her! :)

Honestly I love Gwen, but I think she really wants her son to be a girl doesn’t she? Sure seems like it…

inez what makes you say that? just because she doesn’t stick to rigid and outdated gender stereotypes in the way she styles her kids? i think the boys look adorable.

Get this woman a daughter stat!

JM- I agree. Besides, I wouldn’t be surprised if Kingston asked for the ponytail. :)

Oh, and I love Kingston’s spiderman t-shirt!

I love Kingston and Zuma. Gwen (and Gavin) do a great job with the boys’ style. I like to dress my son up in ‘skate’ wear also. And there is no problem with Kingston having a ponytail. My son is 21 months and I pull his hair back in a pony. Doesn’t mean I’m trying to make him like a girl. Sometimes he just loves his hair out of his face when he’s playing and it’s not styled. [=

There is NOTHING wrong with boys/men having ponytails. Maybe he wanted one to be like his daddy!! My nephew had his hair up in one the other day. Their are plenty of boys/men with long hair. Doesn’t mean they want to be girls or their moms wanted girls.

Kingston is gorgeous and Zuma is just precious! What’s with the “tying hair = must want them to be girls or want a girl”? I did that to my oldest nephew all the time when he was tiny, but I just thought he looked so darn cute like that. No way in hell did I want him to be a girl. He was perfect! Plus every time there’s a baby on the way in the family, I always hope for a boy. Try not to read something into nothing all the time!

Oh, and I love, love, love Kingston’s shirt!
