Devon Aoki Is Engaged and Expecting

The celebrity baby boom continues!

Model and actress Devon Aoki is expecting her first child with fiancé James Bailey, her rep confirms to the New York Post’s Page Six.

“Devon and James are extremely happy. They became engaged over the summer, and she has just found out she is pregnant,” says the rep.

Aoki, 28, began modeling as a teenager and became the face of Versace at 16.

She transitioned to acting with roles in 2 Fast 2 Furious and Sin City, and is also the daughter of the late Hiroaki Aoki, founder of the Benihana restaurant chain.

I’m happy for them….but also a bit scared for them. I mean, her rep said she “just found out she is pregnant”. So that means she is still in the EXTREMELY early stages. Why announce so early on, when there’s still such a big risk of miscarriage? I hope that they don’t have to suffer a tragedy in the public eye!

I adore Devon, such a beauty.

There were rumours in the summer that she and Joseph Gordon-Levvit were an item, just goes to show how you shouldn’t believe everything you read.

She was fantastic in Sin City, her and Brittany Murphy made that movie for me.
