There was a little girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead…

Nigel Barker toted his tot, 2-year-old daughter Jasmine Ines, at Free Arts NYC‘s Kidsfest 2010, held Sunday in New York City.

The America’s Next Top Model photographer and wife Cristen Chin Barker are also parents to son Jack, 5.

Mina on

When she was good she was very very good but when she was bad she was horrid.

alice jane on

Man she’s a pretty little girl. She has very distinct, non-babyish features, she looks so much older than 2 to me. And a good-looking dad! :D

Jill on

Mina what do you mean Shen she was bad? Are you insulting the child?

Anonymous on

mina ALWAYS has stupid things to say. i picture her as an overweight 35 year old lady who in front of her expensive laptop (with all her household running amok in the background) insulting everyone on CBB. she’s so unhappy and miserable that she tries to spread it on celebrity forums…..she can’t even do THAT right because (speaking for myself, of course) her stupid comments make me laugh and remind me that my life could always be worse :D

Alli on

Calm down people. Mina’s post was a continuation of the rhyme in the first paragraph of the article.

Erika on

She’s so cute!

Mina, I don’t get what you are saying. Do you know her or something?

CelebBabyLover on

Alli is correct.

Elby on

There is a rhyme that goes ‘there was a little girl who had a little curl right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good she was very very good but when she was bad she was horrid’

All Mina is doing is finishing the rhyme that the post started.

Jodie on

Oh My Gosh! It’s a nursery rhyme. People just google it before you say stupid stuff like the cowardly, meanspirited anonymous. It is not personal.

Dana on

Wow….just wow

Mina on

Anonymous, Jill, and Erika must feel stupid now lol. Its a rhyme! Gawd and some people call me ignorant…morons!

Jackie on

@ “Jill”, “anonymous”, “Erika”..If you took a second to actually read the article…maybe (or maybe not) you would of noticed that “people” started to quote a nursery rhyme and Mina was just finishing it. DUH!

“There was a little girl who had a little curl
Right in the middle of her forehead;
When she was good, she was very, very good,
And when she was bad she was horrid.”

shanna on

I agree…to jump all over the OP was a little over the top.

Jill on

Mina, I actually don’t feel stupid! You should for being rude to me! I have never heard of the rhyme. I didn’t call you any names but asked a simple question.

Jackie, I read the article…..I didn’t know that was a nursery rhyme….geeze.

I remember when you could ask a question. All of you did to me and Erika what you say we did to Mina.now Anonymous is way out of line.

Jill on

Elby, thanks for clarifying so politely and not making people feel stupid

Erika on

I am sorry Mina. I was up late and didn’t think to google it. I have never heard of that rhyme before.

Mina on

I’m sick and tired of people always getting on me for every opinion I state. I’m done posting on this website all together…way too many sensative immature people. Peace all!

Beo on

Wow! Such a lovely little girl! Nigel and cristen did good…..twice!

Jill on

I have never heard of it either so I was confused

opinions are fine but insulting ppl is not

Meghan on

I’m kind of appalled that so many people didn’t even recognize a basic and well known nursery rhyme. Too busy watching reality TV and playing video games to read a book to your kids??

Jill on

Megan, i can’t have kids…….maybe if i could i would know it…..

Meghan on

I don’t have kids and I know it.

Erika on

Meghan- I don’t have kids yet either. But there are plenty of nursery rhymes out there and this one I have never heard before. I’m sure many people do know it well, but I don’t. I grew up knowing some nursery rhymes, but mostly read actual books anyway.

As for what I said to Mina, I apologized to her and I don’t think that I addressed her rudely. I just asked her what she was talking about because I didn’t know and it didn’t make sense to me. Anonymous went over the line, but I don’t really think I said anything too terrible. I just asked her what she meant. I was grateful for the explanation given by someone else and I apologized to Mina.

Jill on

Good for you Meghan….want a cookie? Having children or not has nothing to do it….either does watching reality tv.

Meghan on

No Jill, I don’t want a cookie. What I want is the world to be slightly more literate and considerably less ignorant.

CelebBabyLover on

Jill- I don’t think it was neccesary of you to imply that Mina was insulting Jasmine, but I don’t see a problem with the rest of your comment.

Erika- I agree that you were not rude at all.

Meghan- Take some deep breaths, girl! I love to read and spend a lot of time doing so, and so do most of the people that I know. I’d say the world is still plently literite. Also, not knowing one nursery rhyme hardly makes a person ignorant. :)

Jill on

CBL, I see what you are saying……but based on what she said above AND on other posts, I thought I worded as best as I could. I honestly thought she was insulting the child.

Here is what I and Erika got in return: don’t you feel stupid, moron, inferred ignorant, immature, sensitive, illiterate.

MiB on

I had honestly never heard the nursery rhyme either, so raised my eyebrows a little when I read Mina’s comment, but then I noticed the rhythm thought it might be a nursery rhyme. Not knowing a certain nursery rhyme doesn’t make you illiterate or ignorant Megan, I am sure I know plenty of nursery rhymes you don’t know, just as you know at least one (and probably many more) that I don’t know. Nursery rhymes are not universal, not even in the English speaking world, and there is no canon of nursery rhymes that you should know in order to be literate, after all, there are thousands of nursery rhymes in English alone.

Anna on

Meghan, there are people from all over the world on this website, can you finish Dutch or French or Chinese nursery rhymes?

Saying that, I had never heard of this rhyme but I did understand that Mina was following those lines that People wrote.

Tina on

I say right on to Anonymous. Maybe Mina was just finishing a nursery rhyme on this occasion but every other post she is rude and uninformed.

Crimpe on

meeeeeeeooooooooow!

Daisy! on

Do you ever miss the days when rude or insulting comments were rejected?
