Gwen Stefani Designs Bugaboo Stroller to Benefit AIDS

12/01/2010 at 02:00 PM ET

Gwen Stefani sure knows how to roll in style. The mom-of-two, rocker and creative director of L.A.M.B. has signed and designed two customized Bugaboo Cameleons. While Kingston and Zuma get to ride in one, the other is being auctioned off on starting today to celebrate World AIDS Day.

Not only does the stylish buggy feature a fun graffiti-style floral fabric from Stefani’s latest collection, the canopy and storage basket are lined with Vachetta leather trim and embellished with rounded pyramid studs. Want it? You have until Dec. 5 to make a bid. All of the proceeds will be donated to The Global Fund, which aims to help eliminate mother-to-child HIV transmission in Africa by 2015.

While there will only be one winner, anyone can support the cause by purchasing Bugaboo products year round. The company donates one percent of its annual sales to The Global Fund.

I’m sorry to say, but that is one ugg stroller!

That is SO awesome and generous of Gwen to design the stroller and help such a lifesaving cause-she is always so charitable! :)

I can’t imagine pushing a stroller in those stilleto boots, especially on that cracked, uneven sidewalk. She must be very sure-footed.

I actually like the design and admire Gwen for truly appearing to be able to do it all! But as for the stroller itself – I know they are popular and trendy – but Bugaboos are very overrated. There are much better quality strollers out there in that price range!

Designed a stroller? Ummm, that means they showed her some swatches of fabric and said “pick your favorite.”

I wish I still had a need for a stroller & had the funds to bid on that one! I love Gwen & L.A.M.B. & being able to donate is always at the top! So I love it! & BTW she does more then point at fabric swatches! She designs the fabric swatches you dip!
