Melissa Joan Hart and sons Mason Walter, 4½, and Braydon Hart, 2½, pose with Megamind and Metro Man at the premiere of the flick Tuesday in New York City.

“Acting pulls me away a lot [and] it’s an everyday battle to figure what takes priority and how I can squeeze everything in,” the Melissa & Joey star, 34, notes.

“But my top priority is that every day I want to play with my boys. Whether I fit in gym time, get my nails done or work, I make sure I spend time with my boys.”

I don’t think he’s afraid – he’s got a hand lovingly on her chest – not gripping her shirt for dear life as if he were scared. Melissa, on the other hand, if she clenches her teeth any tighter they are going to come flying out of her face. Some grown adults are afraid of giant costumes like that. Maybe she’s one of them.

I’m confused by her statement about spending time with them every day. I thought she was filming her show on the West coast and the kids were living full-time on the East coast and there were periods of time throughout the week when she was gone.

Did that change? Has the show now been moved to the East coast?

I don’t think she looks terrified, I think she is trying hard to look good for the photos. Or maybe someone there was being annoying or one of the kids wasn’t being agreeable. Brady doesn’t really look like he wants to be there. Her boys are for sure some of the cutest though!
