Neil Patrick Harris Welcomes Twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace

It’s a boy and a girl!

Neil Patrick Harris and partner David Burtka are officially fathers. The actors welcomed twins — a son, Gideon Scott, and a daughter, Harper Grace — on Tuesday, Oct. 12, the How I Met Your Mother star announced on Twitter Friday.

“All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey,” he wrote.

Harris, 37, announced that he and Burtka, 35, were becoming parents in August. “We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy,” he wrote on Twitter at the time.

Russell Simmons: My Girls ‘Adore’ Djimon Hounsou

There’s nothing but love between Russell Simmons and his ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons‘s partner Djimon Hounsou.

“I always say to Kimora, ‘How lucky are you that he’s such a sweet man?’” Simmons, 53, told PEOPLE of the actor at the Caron Renaissance Save a Life Fundraiser in New York on Tuesday.

“And my kids adore him, and to me that’s the most important thing. They’re very special in the way they’re raising my children.”

Actress Jennifer Garner led her pretty in pink daughter Violet Anne — and her bag of goodies! — back to the car after picking her up from art class in Santa Monica on Wednesday.

In addition to the 4½-year-old, Garner and husband Ben Affleck are also parents to daughter Seraphina, 21 months.

New dad Mario Lopez takes some time out while filming Extra on Thursday to show some love to 4-week-old daughter Gia Francesca.

“What an amazing, wonderful, and overwhelming experience to welcome our daughter into the world,” the proud papa said shortly after he and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed their first child.

While enjoying their matching suckers, La La Vazquez and her son Kiyan Carmelo Anthony, 3½, offer up a quick smile at the Alison Brod PR showroom in Manhattan on Tuesday.

There’s plenty for Vazquez to be happy about: not only did she tie the knot with Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony in July, but it was all caught on tape as part of her new reality show, La La’s Full Court Wedding. airing Sundays at 10:30 p.m. on vH1.
