I have never been pregnant, and never been clinically depressed, but do quite often feel a bit “blue”, and thinking about it, several of these 11 tips from babyzon have tended to alleviate that blue feeling, especially excersize, light (in my case sunshine and no lights in the bathroom/candle light or dimmed lights before bedtime) and omega 3. I might actually print the list for future use.
