Jason Schwartzman: Baby Will Be a Jersey Shore Junkie

Fatherhood is fast approaching for Jason Schwartzman — what’s he looking forward to?

“I just can’t wait to hold that bundle in my arms and show it Jersey Shore,” joked the actor at the premiere of Bored to Death, held at the Jack H. Skirball Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday in N.Y.C.

The star of the HBO series and his wife, Brady Cunningham, are expecting their first child in December.

“I’m trying to expect nothing actually,” Schwartzman, 30, told PEOPLE. “I think the more you expect, perhaps you can be thrown off. I’m going to wait and just meet my child, whomever he or she may be.”

Keri Russell: Working Motherhood Is ‘Hard’

After an eight year hiatus from TV, Keri Russell is making her big return — but this time with a few extra responsibilities.

“Any time you’re working and have kids, I think it’s hard,” the Running Wilde actress, 34, who is mom to 3-year-old son River tells PARADE.

The constant pull from both her career and motherhood was particularly evident when it came time to send her only child with husband Shane Deary off for his first day of school.

“My little guy’s first day of preschool was last week, and of course I want to be there for that,” she explains. “I never imagined that I wouldn’t be walking him to school. Luckily, I didn’t have to go into work that day until the afternoon.”

Naomi Watts and Sarah Jessica Parker’s Mini Mommy Purse

In addition to striped tops and comfy pants, Naomi Watts and Sarah Jessica Parker also share a similar taste in bags. Both were spotted out and about in N.Y.C. with their kids carrying the Twee Mini cross-body purse ($550) by French handbag designer Jérome Dreyfuss.

Watts, who was accompanied by 21-month-old son Samuel Kai, wore the black version last July, while Parker rocked it in grey to take son James, 7½, to school on Sept. 13.

Despite it’s small size, the Twee Mini is great for moms who don’t need to tote a lot or are running quick errands with the kids.

Eric Dane Admits ‘Impulsive’ Shopping for Baby Billie

Give him credit for trying!

During a recent visit to Lopez Tonight, actor Eric Dane recalled his first — and last — foray into nursery design.

When wife Rebecca Gayheart was still pregnant with the couple’s daughter Billie Beatrice, 6 months, Dane was captured by photographers removing a large, Technicolor coat rack from their California home.

“You get a kid, you start impulsively buying things,” the Grey’s Anatomy star, 37, explains. “I found this coat rack and I thought, ‘It’s very colorful, maybe [Billie] could hang a hat on it or swing from it or something.”

The mother-daughter duo were joined by a breakdancing Rocco, 10, and Gossip Girl‘s Taylor Momsen (not pictured), who is the face of the collection.

For Ellen Pompeo, life does not imitate art!

The Grey’s Anatomy actress is the first to admit the onscreen relationship between her character Meredith Grey and neurosurgeon Derek Shepherd pales in comparison to her real-life love story with husband Chris Ivery.

The stark differences even extend to their bedroom attire: Meredith prefers sweats, while Pompeo, 40, laughs that she opts for something a bit sexier!

“If I’d worn [that] myself, I never would have had a baby,” mom to daughter Stella Luna tells TV Guide‘s October issue. “The look is fundamental to who Meredith is, but it’s just not particularly conducive to baby-making.”
