The Desperate Housewives star, 48, and her 3½-year-old twins enjoyed the climbing equipment at the playground before Savannah joined mom for an impromptu jog around the track!
Meanwhile, Eden took it easy with a ride on dad Tom Mahoney‘s shoulders.

Jodie Sweetin has a full house of her own.
The actress, 28, welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Beatrix Carlin, on Tuesday, Aug. 31 with her boyfriend Morty Coyle.
“Jodie was amazing and is doing great,” Coyle tells PEOPLE. “We are now the proud, excited parents of Miss Beatrix Carlin Sweetin Coyle.”
Beatrix, whom her dad is already calling “Bea,” is the couple’s first child together. Sweetin also has a 2-year-old daughter, Zoie, with ex-husband Cody Herpin.
Baby girl made her debut at 7 lbs., 4 oz. and is 19 inches long.
“We’re already madly in love with Beatrix and are so grateful for the support from our family and friends. And we can’t wait for her big sister Zoie to meet her,” the couple tell PEOPLE.

Sean Patrick Thomas totes son Luc Laurent, 3 months, while wife Aonika Laurent Thomas holds 2-year-old daughter Lola Jolie at Saturday’s Boom Boom Room event in Los Angeles, Calif.
“The biggest, most important thing we will ever do beyond careers is being parents,” Laurent Thomas said before Luc’s arrival on June 9.
“After so many miscarriages, to be blessed with both a daughter and a son … we couldn’t be happier.”

It’s a girl for Georgina Chapman and husband Harvey Weinstein!
The Marchesa designer delivered a daughter on Monday, Aug. 30, a source tells PEOPLE.
Chapman, 34, gave birth to “a girl named India Pearl in New York,” a rep for the couple confirms to PEOPLE.
India is the first child for Chapman and the fourth for The Weinstein Company chairman, 58, who has three daughters from a previous marriage.
The couple announced the pregnancy in April.
