After enduring three rounds of IVF treatment, Rod Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster are delighted to be expecting again in mid-March.

However, the road to pregnancy was long and hampered, surprisingly, by fish.

“I love fish and I thought that it was healthy without understanding the high mercury levels that fish like tuna, swordfish and halibut can contain,” Lancaster, 39, tells Hello! in its latest issue.

“My doctor said it was unhealthy to have so much mercury in my body, and also for conceiving babies.”

David Charvet: I Want My Son to Have Everything

Buxo/Asadorian/Splash News Online

When we think of cute celebrity fathers, we definitely think of David Charvet.

The doting dad is enamored with daughter Heaven Rain, 3½, and son Shaya Braven, 2½, and takes great care of fiancée Brooke Burke‘s daughters Neriah Shae, 10, and Sierra Sky, 8, too.

Though he keeps busy — his latest TV movie, The Perfect Teacher, runs Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on the Lifetime Movie Network — Charvet always takes time out for family, a fact he’s very proud of (and rightfully so!).

The actor, 38, recently spoke to PEOPLE Moms & Babies about his busy brood, and filled us in on how he and Burke balance their non-stop schedules.

Mario Lopez: Gia’s Birth ‘Like a CSI Episode’

Mario Anzuoni/Landov

Mario Lopez is in awe of the women in his life.

The new dad, whose girlfriend Courtney Mazza delivered daughter Gia Francesca on Saturday, says he’s overjoyed about the new arrival.

“She’s precious … I just want to go and stare at her,” Lopez, 36, tells Extra of his daughter. And Mazza? She “is a rock star!” he raves. “She was so tough and so strong during the whole thing.”

The same can’t quite be said for the actor and Extra host.

“I peeked over too much … you don’t want to do that ’cause there was a lot going on right there,” he jokes of watching the delivery. “It was like a CSI episode. So I went back and this beautiful baby girl came out.”
