I don’t understand why parents put toy guns on the naughty list.

First of all if you don’t buy them one they will still make them out of something, either legos or just something else that they pretend is a gun. They are going to do it so just let them use their imagination. It won’t harm them, I promise.

Before I was born I had a 2yr old cousin that was accidentally shot and killed. Of all people it should have been my family that took a no gun stance and they didn’t. I was allowed to play with toy guns and I turned out just fine. I don’t kill people, I understand guns can hurt someone and personally because of what happened to my cousin real guns will never be allowed in my house but toy guns are something entirely different.

I love how the one title of the article is “How having kids can often affect marriages.” Haha well no duh.

lol @kmb — I thought the same thing and I didn’t even have to read the article. Having kids definitely affects a marriage… I mean, introduce me please to the couple that truly thinks having children will not change the entire dynamic of a relationship that goes from being only about two people and suddenly becomes about three (or more) with one being incredibly needy(ier) than the others and pretty much ruling the world – and yes I’m sure that couple does exist – and I’ll show you a couple who’d better rethink their decision to have children really quickly!
