sure, I’ll spend $160 each on my boys’ shoes this fall. Hmm, that means I would have to spend $480! I don’t even spend $160 on MY shoes. CBB you should try and find mom’s that pay less for their childrens shoes so us ‘poor’ might be able to afford for them. I must admit that those boys are rockin the boots. I just can’t afford them.

I like the old navy ones the best…however, I don’t really find these boots very practical. I couldn’t imagine a child climbing a play structure or playing in the sand box, or running for that matter, in chunky boots. They also do not look like a softer sole footwear, which is important for proper foot development. I give them a thumhs down!!

I personally know few fashion bloggers( and probably most of the celebrities) that often recieve courtesy samples from stores/brands. So it doesn’t mean GS actually paid for them or even she had they have different lifestyle. I don’t have the budget but I love the style and can afford very simular ones from here:

good prices, shipping to US and for cheaper than some US stores.

$160 is petty change to someone who makes millions a year.
I love the Old Navy boots and think they’d look really cute on a girl wearing a dress and tights.

Kingston’s feet are HUGE.

I don’t consider $50 for KID’S SHOES an “Affordable” option. I consider that expensive. They’re shoes FOR KIDS, KIDS whose feet tend to grow every few months.

The Old Navy pair is affordable.

The ones in the article…$160 for SHOES for a kid? That is just so nauseatingly excessive…

Love putting kids in sturdy boots that hold up to play. However anyone else thing that these kids are wearing boots much too big? It might just be the photo effect…. But it looks like they are putting them in boots too big, just for a fashion look. If my kids went out like that they would be tripping and falling all over the place.
