While on a family vacation in Portofino, Italy, singer Seal took some time to hit the water with son Henry, 4½.
While the father-son lookalikes rode the waves, mom Heidi Klum — with Grandma Erna and Lou, 9 months — kept an eye on her boys from the boat!

Lou is so precious, she looks like a 1 year old at least. She looks like henry in the first picture and like Leni and Johan in the second. Heidi’s mother is one good looking Grandma.

This picture would be cuter with the baby in a life jacket. I know she’s not going to drop her but her on that ledge on the boat makes me nervous.

I agree about the life jacket. She would not drop her intentionally, but accidents do happen. The picture made me nervous too.

My almost 3 year old had her first jet ski ride this summer and absolutely loved it. They look like a fun family!

I don’t think the ledge Lou is perched on is over the water and grandma looks like she has a good hold, so really no greater danger than dropping a baby while holding them.

I do not think that there is the open sea below Lou. There were some pictures of this yacht on other websites and I remember this ship having several “floors”, so there is another terrace below.

When looking at the pictures I was playing my favorite game: what are people going to nitpick about? I lost because I thought the army of anti sun exposure would be here in full force complaining about this father holding a baby under the powerful rays of sun without a hat, protection, clearly endangering the poor child. Well, I’ll win next time.

The last picture with Seal and the baby is priceless. But as I finished looking at the pictures, I knew people would have something to complain about because people like to find flaws in everything.

Why would you put a life jacket on her when mum and nan aren’t wearing one? Anyone know how hot is is Italy right now? If your going to do things “just in case” why not put a crash helmet on her incase someone drops her on her head, or what about knee pads? Where would it end?

cecile – I was thinking the same thing at first, too! But I was thinking people would go for the ledge and THEN the sun exposure. Guess I was right this time, maybe you will be next time.

@ cécile I love that game! I was playing “Guess the Nitpick” too! I didn’t get any points on this round either. I was wondering if kids had to wear helmets when on jet skis (that is a joke in case anyone decides to take me seriously)

henry seems like such a sweet little boy, i think its adorable that he looks so much like his dad. they make the cutest pair and seal seems really devoted to his family, heidi is a really lucky woman.
