Most boys — and some girls: Hello Shiloh Jolie-Pitt — like to kick around and play rough. And no one knows this better than professional skater and snowboarder Shaun White.
With that in mind, the two-time Olympic gold medalist recently launched a line of skate-inspired sneakers ($28 – $35) just in time for the back-to-school season. Sturdy and well-made, the cool-looking footwear is the latest addition to White’s exclusive line sold at affordable retailer, Target.

“It was really important to me to create authentic shoes and clothes that captured the spirit of my lifestyle and that are still affordable,” says White.
And thanks to some help from family — his brother, Jesse, helped with the designs — he did.
The shoes, which are available in six colors, are not only padded for more comfort, they come with a treaded sole that will keep your kid grounded during any kind of activity.
The apparel collection is equally as cool. You’ll find everything from plaid hoodies ($12) and shirts ($9) to faded skinny jeans ($18) and graphic-print cargo shorts ($17). With this wardrobe, your little skater boy (or girl) will be all set for fall.
