Chyler Leigh: Daughter Suffers From Febrile Seizures

Byron Purvis/AdMedia

Actress Chyler Leigh knows her way around emergency rooms — both real and make-believe.

The Grey’s Anatomy star says her experiences as a mom-of-three have left her well-versed in the medical field, beginning with daughter Taelyn Leigh, 3½, who suffers from febrile seizures.

“The first time it happened, I was at home and had no idea what was going on,” Leigh, 28, explains to WebMD Baby. “Most seizures end after a few minutes, but hers went on for 25 minutes.”

After riding in an ambulance to the nearest emergency room, Taelyn was fine.

“It was a virus, and the fever just spiked too high too fast, but it’s scary,” Leigh recalls. “Any time she’s warm, we watch her.”

Family outing!

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber step out with their sons — Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete, 2½, and Samuel Kai, 16 months — on Tuesday in New York City.

The quartet stopped in at giggle for a little browsing before heading to the bike shop to pick up Watts’s wheels.

“I never get recognized,” Watts, 41, told BlackBook recently.

“I’ve literally had people come up to me and say, ‘You look just like that actress Naomi Watts.’ And when I’m with Liev, who is so unmistakably him, girls will push past me shrieking, ‘Is that the guy from Scream?’”

It has received a warm welcome from celebrity moms like Gwen Stefani, Kourtney Kardashian and Kelly Rutherford, each of whom have been spotted out and about in Hands Up Not Handouts one-of-a-kind pieces.

Spotted: Marissa Jaret Winokur and Zev Play at the Park

Looks like it was a good Mother’s Day for Marissa Jaret Winokur! The actress and son Zev Isaac, 21 months, spent the afternoon playing at a Los Angeles park.

Although we like her lighter locks, Winokur, 37, says she may be going back to the dark side soon. ”Nobody likes my hair blonde!” she admits. “I’m sure that blondes have more fun, but I think that as a brunette I might work more.”

Turns out the 4½-year-old is wearing Fat Tie‘s Franklin style shirt ($30).

Equal parts fun and dressy, it has all the comfort of a cozy tee with a touch of polish. Talk about kid-friendly chic!
