Bree Turner: Baby Break Allows Me to Just Be

Due with a baby girl on July 2nd, Bree Turner is excited to enjoy motherhood — and not worry about her extra pregnancy pounds.
“I want to give myself some time. With what I do for a living and for as long as I’ve been doing it — what a break it is for me to just be!” the Ugly Truth actress, 33, admits in Pregnancy‘s June issue.
“I see pictures of so-and-so four weeks after having the baby and she’s already size zero and it’s like, ‘Whoa!’”
Having experimented with her pregnancy style, Turner initially envisioned herself in loose dresses and tunics, but after a few fittings was quickly turned off.
“I always pictured myself [pregnant] in big muumuus and tent dresses as some big earth mama,” she laughs. “But I put those things on and they just made me feel fat, not pregnant and sexy. So I decided that more form-fitting things make me feel better.”
