Courtesy of Paige Premium Denim

Stylish moms-to-be can rejoice!

Paige Premium Denim has introduced its first ever maternity denim legging — and they’re beyond chic. Inspired by the popular Verdugo Jegging ($158 – $189) — which counts celeb moms including Jessica Alba, Courteney Cox and Heidi Klum as fans — the new Union Jegging ($168, above) has a flattering, super sexy fit.

Not only are they made of lightweight denim with 4-way stretch, but the waistband features comfy inset elastic side panels for extra belly room and support. No wonder Isla Fisher already has a pair!

Added bonus: To celebrate this new style, the company’s offering Moms & Babies readers an exclusive deal. When you enter code: People20 at checkout, you’ll receive 20% off the Union Jegging ($126.40 with discount). Hurry up! The offer ends on June 9.

Those do not look comfortable.

Are you kidding me? Tight jeans AND high heels? How much more uncomfortable can an outfit get. Plus, it actually looks quite ugly on a pregnant woman.

That poor model. That looks SO uncomfortable.

not caring for this look!!

I guess you guys don’t wear skinny jeans? They are extremely stretchy and fit like leggings. I find them more comfortable than regular jeans. I’m not expecting anymore but would like to use the discount for another pair of jeans. Will the code work or is it only for that particular style?

They look cute, mence the high heels plz.. But wouldnt spend that much on maternity jeans!

I’ve never been pregnant, so I really don’t know – but are pregnant ladies really supposed to wear high heels?

Those jeans are so not flattering

I guess I’m sort of old fashioned (even though I’m in my 20s), but I have always found that expecting mothers look their best in slightly flowy clothing. No matter how nice the figure, there’s always something a little…off about head-to-toe skintight clothes on a pregnant woman.

I think that (besides the heels) what might be off-putting about this look is the “regular” looking shirt that’s paired with the pants. It makes the model look like she has a gut, not like she’s with child!

Maybe a model can pull of jeggings but seriously how many “normal” pregnant women want to wear leggings that show off their tush? No thanks!

- meg on

Yeah the heels are a bit much. lol

It’s bad enough seeing EVERYONE wearing the exact same type of jeans nowadays (skinny jeans), now pregnant women are going to be wearing them too. I don’t prefer them on most people.

Xan- I agree with your comment. My baby just turned 7wks & I wore my pre-pregancy skinny jeans (with the help of the band, lol) the entire time, but I never paired it with sky high heels & a tight shirt. I wore them with cute flowy tops & ballet flats and I got a ton of compliments on my “pregnancy style”. Its not the jeans that look bad, its how the model is wearing them that’s putting people off. Its no different than wearing leggings while pregnant-it all depends on your personal style and how you chose to “wear” them.

If they’re really stretchy I bet they’d be very comfortable.
The thing that’s putting me off is that you can’t see the models’ arms – where are they? LOL

Not a fan of these. I like a good pair of jeans, but I’ve never been head over heels for them the way most people seem to be. I’ll take a flowy dress or tunic with tights or leggings anyday over jeans-I’m in a pair now after wearing dresses all week and am far from comfortable!-and I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume that when a baby’s in the belly, most women feel the same. Tight tops that show off the belly? Yes. Skinny jeans? No.

just looking at these things makes me uncomfortable

What is it with everyone? The jeggings look perfectly fine to me (and I prefer skirts myself) and they seem to have a good fit. The tight top is obviously so that we can see the top of the jeans (we wouldn’t be able to see them under a flowy top unless the model bared a whole lot of belly, right?), as for the high heels, come on, if a woman is used to wearing high heels then it won’t matter much if she is pregnant or not, especially for a short period of time and if they fit properly. A friend of mine actually started wearing high heels at about four months claiming they were much more comfortable for her back than flats, and she had never liked wearing high heels before.
