Serena & Lily Debuts Lower-Priced Nursery Bedding Collection

For moms like Jennifer Garner and Tori Spelling, the search for baby bedding begins and ends with Serena & Lily.

But you don’t have to be a celebrity (or have a big budget) to partake in all this upscale baby décor company has to offer.

They’ve recently introduced a chic and more affordable Nursery Basics collection that allows you to mix and match pieces à la carte.

Made of 100 percent cotton twill, the core items include a crib bumper ($115), diaper changing cover ($39) and crib skirt ($69) in crisp white trimmed with soft pink, blue and green.

But it’s the crib sheets ($36 each or 3 for $99) that really make the set pop. Not only do they come in beautiful patterns (dots, stars, diamonds, stripes) in coordinating colors, but they’re crafted from super soft 300-thread-count cotton.

Now you can treat your tot like the star he is when it’s time to say goodnight.

Wait, that is supposed to be “affordable”???

uhh… I mean it’s cute and all but $115 for just the bumper isn’t really what I’d define as “Affordable” … call me crazy.

I agree, Dee. I think my whole set, including shipping, was $115, so I’m a little confused as to how this is “affordable”.

I love Serena and Lily but $115 for basically a plain white bumper isn’t that “affordable” or exciting.

I have used cocalo. To me Cocalo wasn’t affordable either but we’ve been through so much to have our kids (ttc for 4 years and our first son was born asleep) we wanted to make their nurseries special.

The 6pc set for our girl theme was $190. Great quality.

To each their own, if you want to spend $115 on a bumper that safety standards say take out after a few months that’s kinda not worth it.

But it’s cheaper than the $400 my friend shelled out for her daughter’s crib bedding (it was custom made).

Elisabeth- $190 for a 6 piece set isn’t bad. ;o)

$115 for a bumper…is a bit much.

Mom Said It

"I've always wanted more children and [I] had to make a decision: Do I wait to find the right partner or do it on my own? I was open to either gender and started the process two years ago."
