Spotted: Eva Herzigova and George Roll With It

Bauer-Griffin

Wheelin’ around in Monaco, Eva Herzigova was spotted out for a walk with 2½-year-old son George on Monday.

The model mama may be dressed to kill, but she’s doesn’t mind ditching her designer duds for the dirt!

“I’m no bourgeois mum who goes out to look pretty with her baby,” Herzigova, 37, scoffs. “I’m a tomboy mummy. I dress up to get dirty.”

George is the only child for Herzigova and her boyfriend, Turinese entrepreneur Gregorio Marsiaj.

Cameron Diaz: Suri Is a Shrekie!

Dara Kushner/INF

At age 4, Suri Cruise is already rubbing elbows with royalty — the fairytale kind!

According to Cameron Diaz, who voices Princess Fiona in the Shrek films, her Knight and Day costar Tom Cruise has spilled the beans to his daughter when it comes to her character.

“It’s funny because Suri does know I’m Princess Fiona,” the actress, 37, tells PEOPLE Moms & Babies during the world premiere of Shrek Forever After at the Tribeca Film Festival in N.Y.C. Wednesday.

Despite the reality check, Diaz says Suri is still a big fan. “I’m not going to speak for her, but yes, I think she does [love Shrek],” she laughs.

And although Suri has been let in on the little secret, Diaz urges parents to allow their kids to believe the fairytale.

“When parents say to their kids, ‘This is Princess Fiona,’ I just tell them, ‘Let the mystery and the fantasy live within them,’” she explains. “Let them believe that Princess Fiona is actually real.”

6 Easy Tips to Making Your Home Green for Baby

Courtesy of Random House

Going green isn’t just trendy anymore. It’s a necessity!

TV host and author Sara Snow knows this all too well.

Snow’s parents were pioneers in the natural foods movement. Now about to become a parent herself, the lifestyle expert (Sara Snow’s Fresh Living, $16) is dedicated to living as green as possible.

Sara — who’s due to have a girl in June! — shares her easy-to-follow tips with PEOPLE Moms & Babies readers on how to “greenify” your home for little ones.

Air it out. Be sure new furniture has had time to breathe, or “off-gas,” before exposing it to baby. The ideal place to air things out is the garage or outside. If you don’t have either, put the pieces in a room away from the baby, and leave the windows open.

Giuliana Rancic Considered Keeping Quiet About Infertility

Albert Michael/Startraks

When Giuliana and Bill Rancic found themselves without a pregnancy to announce on their reality show, the couple had to make a decision about just how real they wanted to get.

“It was hard. We kept saying on the show, ‘Oh, we want to have a kid.’ The results would come back privately, and we’re not pregnant so [on the next Giuliana & Bill] we’d be like, ‘Still trying to have that kid!’ It was going nowhere,” the E! host, 35, reveals in an interview with AOL Health.

After close to a year without success, the next step was intrauterine insemination. It was at that time, Giuliana notes, that the pair began to contemplate letting the audience in on their fertility struggles.

“We said, ‘Obviously, we’re not going to show that on camera.’ But then it led to, ‘Are we becoming everything we said we’d never become?’ Which is fake reality people,” she says. “I said, ‘Let’s just be real.’ In the end it was the best thing we could have ever done.”

BumpWatch: Isla Fisher Keeps Her Belly Undercover

VT/Splash News Online

Rockin’ her skinny jeans, Isla Fisher let speculation continue to build as she took daughter Olive to Fit for Kids children’s gym in West Hollywood, Calif. on Tuesday.

The actress, 34, and husband Sacha Baron Cohen seem to be expecting a sibling for their 2½-year-old little girl, however, reps for the couple couldn’t be reached for comment — no surprise, as the couple have a history of letting photos speak louder than public statements!

Christina Aguilera ‘More Sexual’ Since Becoming a Mom

Jeff Vespa/WireImage

Motherhood has made Christina Aguilera “better than ever” and the songstress is poised to prove it to the world with the release of Bionic, her fourth studio album, in June.

“I’m more confident and comfortable in my own skin,” she explained in a Tuesday interview with Q100′s Bert Show in Atlanta.

“I think [I’m] even a more sexual Christina … it’s just something that’s happening inside of me at this point in my life.”

The transformation was physical, as well.

After welcoming son Max Liron, 2, Aguilera admits she began to view herself differently.

“Seeing your body do these things you never thought possible … When you have a baby, you go through a period where your body just is not your own,” she muses. “It becomes for your child and that’s it. It is not for you anymore.”

Now that she is no longer on the “back burner,” Aguilera, 29, says she is ready to reclaim her rightful place on stage. “Once you bounce back from that and kind of get your body back … It’s a great feeling,” she adds.
