What a beautiful family! Nice to finally see Vida! Camila always looks so good not to say she just had 2 kids in less than 2 years! I know Hank Baskett is a little bit older than Vida by a few weeks, but he looks so much bigger than her, but hey Hank is a big baby and babies come in all different shapes and sizes, although all babies are cute! Maybe it’s because it’s not a close up and we can’t see any chubbiness! Just an observation! Love this family!

Levi is 2. That’s what 2 year olds look like. They get messy, they run around…what’s the point of making your child look “perfect” all the time if they’re just going to get messy later? I honestly don’t see what you’re talking about anyways. He has long hair…that’s the only thing I can see in that picture that would make him look like he “needs a bath” or is messy…

Kim- Levi looks like a normal toddler to me! His clothes look clean, and as for his hair, it’s possible that he hates having it brushed!

Kim, I dont know but I agree with you, I too think he always look dirty or something, but maybe it’s just his complexion? To the person who said he probably just doesnt like having his hair brushed? well then wouldnt it make sense as a parent to cut it then, instead of letting your kid walk around with long ratty hair? If my daughter wanted long hair but wouldnt let me brush it, id cut it!

To the person who mentioned the size difference between Hank Baskett and Vida, just look at Levi. He’s also tiny for his age. They just might have smaller kids.

how can his complexion make this kid looks dirty. i find this kind of comment very offensive.. when I read this is like people are trying to say that because he is not blond and blue eyed he looks dirty. ridiculous comment In my opinion.

Levi’s clothes look clean and his hair looks windblown but other than that fine ….. I think he looks handsome.
Toddlers (especially 2 year olds) aren’t baby dolls that look perfect all the time, they make a mess and get dirty doing so.
I know kids that look like they need a kleenex to wipe their nose, a rag to wipe their face or just a bath in general, in need of clean clothes, need their teeth brushed ….. Levi doesn’t need any of the above he’s fine.
Vida is small compared to Hank Jr but Levi is Petite so more than likely Vida will be as well. Also you have to remember Hank was 9 pounds 5 ounces and 22 inches long … he was a line backer at birth!

I don’t think Jessica was making a rude comment on the child’s race. In her defense, let me say this. My brother has a ruddy complexion. From a distance he looks like he has a dirty face. Up close, you can tell that he is clean. When he was Levi’s age, people were always trying to clean him up- to no avail. His poor face was even worse from all the rubbing and washing!
Regardless, these are two beautiful children from two beautiful parents. I love pictures like this.

Levi very clearly does NOT have a ruddy complexion though. He has a very smooth complexion so I don’t see how Jessica could be referring to anything other than the color of his skin. For shame!

Geez people, it’s got nothing to with his race, just pointing out that in EVERY picture of him he’s just got this dirty grungy look about him with ratty hair, so perhaps it’s not that he’s actually dirty, maybe it’s just the color of his skin makes him appear that way…YOU are the ones making it about race. What makes you think you people have the right to “educate” someone because you dont like their opinion. I have rosacea and people often think im sunburnt, does that mean I cry because they’re insulting my race? And I never said anything about him not being blond with blue eyes. SOME PEOPLE just like to cry the race card any chance they get.

I don’t know if I’d say that Levi looks dirty but I can see why some people might think so. And I think it has NOTHING to do with his complexion.
First of all, I think he is in desperate need of a hair cut. I’m not against little boys with hair at all but its not for everyone. Some can pull it off, IMO Levi can’t.
Secondly, they always seem to dress him in older looking clothes. Like the suspenders he was wearing a few days ago. I don’t know, maybe its just me, but little kids should look like little kids.

Finally a pic of little Vida! And OMG! Does she look pretty! She is without a doubt one of the most gorgeous little baby girls in Hollywoo right now. Those puty lips and that cute little face reminds a lot like her mum´s face. She will be a beauty when she gros up. And Levi is just adorable. He is an interesting mix of both of his parents. My bet is that he will be a hndsome and tall young man one day in the future. This family is one of my favorite Hollywood families with the Afflecks and the Jolie-Pitts. These three families are so down-to-earth living a normal lives.

i am sorry but the first thing i thought when i read your comment was , ouch! if you said that about my child i think we would be having words…….at the end of day remember your talking about a child, a two year old some one elses baby so maybe rather thn stamp your feet and claim the ‘race’ card s being played maybe think about how you would feel if it was your child…….. and don’t say you would not be offended because you would because regaurdless of race it was a nasty thing to say. and thats my opinion.

Lee- I think what Angela is saying that, as a mixed-race woman, she doesn’t feel that comment is being disrespectful to biracial people.
Also, JessicaC explained that she, in fact, has a skin condition that causes her to often appear sunburnt. Therefore, it seems like she, of all people, would be extra-sensitive when it comes to make comments about someone’s skin, and I honestly believe that she did not mean any harm and did not mean to offend anyone.
We all stick our foot in our month on occasion, and I think that’s what happened with JessicaC.

Vida is delish! Super pretty. I agree that Levi always looks dirty and grungy. He’s naturally a cut kid, but always seems to be bumbing it. BUT-I feel the same way about his dad. Cute, but dirty looking. lol
I also agree that some complexions have a dingy look to them.
