Make the world your runway!

We may know her as the rockin’ frontwoman of No Doubt, but Gwen Stefani‘s sassy strut had us confusing her for a catwalker during a Sunday trip to the Los Angeles Zoo with son Kingston James McGregor, 3 ½.

Gwen, 40, husband Gavin Rossdale and their boys — including 18-month-old Zuma Nesta Rock — spent the majority of their time checking out the flamingos and getting up close and personal at the petting zoo.

Angela Kinsey Pitches Nursing Humor to Office Writers

Landov

As The Office characters Jim and Pam prepare to welcome a baby in this Thursday’s episode, real life mom Angela Kinsey — who portrays Angela Martin on the hit NBC sitcom — had some words of wisdom for the show’s writers.

“I … tried to pitch them some breastfeeding jokes,” she revealed to the Toronto Sun, noting that she returned to the set when her own daughter Isabel Ruby, now 22 months, was just eight weeks old.

“Not to over-share, but I had to pump,” she explains. “That’s a working mom’s life if you want to breastfeed.”

“We had to take pump breaks all day. Our female writers on the show don’t have children, so I pulled them aside. I don’t know what they used or didn’t use, but it’s a fun episode.”

Isabel is Angela’s daughter with estranged husband Warren Lieberstein.

Walking hand-in-hand on Sunday as they ran errands in their Brooklyn neighborhood, Maggie Gyllenhaal and daughter Ramona were all smiles despite the chill.

The 3-year-old is the only child for the Crazy Heart actress and husband Peter Sarsgaard.

Maggie, 32, recently spoke about the importance of keeping Ramona’s life as normal as possible.

“We’ve traveled around a lot with Ramona and, while there are some wonderful things about that, what a young child really wants is stability and routine; she wants a sense of home. We’ve been trying to protect that and it’s one of our biggest challenges.”

Vera Farmiga: Why I Returned to Work Two Weeks Postpartum

Ron Asadorian/Splash News Online

When she was cast in Up In The Air, Vera Farmiga was not yet a mom-to-be. In a new interview with USA Today, the actress reveals that her announcement of a baby-on-the-way with her husband, Deadsy’s Renn Hawkey, was not exactly greeted with enthusiasm by some in the film industry.

After meeting with executives throughout her pregnancy with son Fynn, now 13 months, Vera says she was left with the distinct impression that “the studio was panicking.”

“I felt that, and it destroyed me. I wanted to walk away from this career. I felt incredibly insecure.”

Determined to prove her naysayers wrong, Vera, 36, arrived on set just two weeks postpartum. Her performance in the film was so impressive, it garnered an Academy Award nomination for best supporting actress — but Vera says the critical acclaim is bittersweet.

“I could never reclaim these first precious moments of maternity. [But] I needed to pay my mortgage. It wasn’t an option. I had to do the role.”
