Naomi Watts has her hands full with her boisterous boys — sons Samuel Kai, 14 months, and Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete Schreiber, 2 ½ — while hailing a cab on Sunday in Manhattan.
The actress, 41, recently opened up to Celebrity Baby Blog about Kai’s latest milestones, saying,
“Kai is definitely starting to talk. He says ‘book,’ ‘apple’ and ‘banana,’ ‘Sasha’ — his brother’s name — and ‘Mommy’ and ‘Daddy.’”
The boys are her sons with fiancé Liev Schreiber.

Another day, another sweet family outing!
Brad Pitt and Shiloh Nouvel, 3 ½, lead the way during the latest family excursion for Angelina Jolie, Maddox, 8 ½, Pax, 6, and Zahara, 5, in Venice on Sunday.
The family is currently in Italy while Angelina films The Tourist with Johnny Depp.

Author Madeleine Wickham, also known as Sophie Kinsella, is expecting her fourth child next month, she revealed via her Web site Monday.
“This has been an amazingly busy year for me — and it’s about to get busier!” Sophie, who pens the Shopaholic series, writes. “Next month … I’ll be having a new baby!”
And while she is looking forward to announcing the newest arrival on her site, she forewarns her fans that any future posts may be few and far between!
“Hope you understand if I then take a little time out … I’m sure I’ll be logging on here, in between those night feeds,” she jokes.
Sophie, 40, and her husband Henry Wickham reside in Hertfordshire, where he is the headmaster of a prep school for boys. The new baby will join big brothers Freddy, Hugo and Oscar.

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, singer and actress Jennifer Hudson raves about life with son David Daniel Jr., 7 months. “I’m just loving being a mom,” she reveals. “He’s great … he’s growing [and] he’s crawling now.”
From the sound of things, he has good company on the floor, for baby boy has taken quite a liking to the family dogs.
“He’s always trying to play with them and he thinks he’s one of them,” Jennifer confesses. “He even growls like the dogs, and I’m like, ‘Are you growling?’” She adds,
“We were just on the plane the other day and he was growling at the broccoli that he was playing with. He was like, ‘Arrrr!’ He growls at the other babies and he thinks that’s how you’re supposed to communicate.”
Speaking from Elton John’s annual Oscar party on Sunday, Jennifer, 28, said she’s looking forward to her upcoming nuptials with David Otunga.
A wedding dress has been selected — “it’s fierce,” she promises — and Jennifer says isn’t doing anything drastic to get herself in shape for the big day.
“I just walk, run, stay consistent and just stay in focus,” she explains. “It’s all about health this year.”
