I went to school with girls who were twins and they had two older sets of twin sisters and 1 younger set of twin sisters. So there were 4 sets – all girls – all naturally conceived.

I have 4, almost 5 year old fraternal twin girls and 15 month old girl/boy twins and am pregnant for a third time with a single baby this time. All my pregnancies were natural conceptions…it happens.
