It’s a boy for Keyshia Cole!

The singer and her fiancé, Daniel Gibson of the Cleveland Cavaliers, welcomed a son on Tuesday, Mar. 2nd. Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr. arrived at 11:54 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs., 3 oz.

“Both mother and baby are doing great,” Keyshia’s rep tells PEOPLE.

Keyshia and Daniel announced the pregnancy in January.

I had heard via Monica’s Twitter Page that Keisha was in labor yesterday. Today she posted that they were naming their son after his father but Keisha was still in labor. I’m soooooo happy for Keisha and Daniel that their son is here!!!! Bringing a child in the world is such a blessing. I know that she will be the best mother she can be even if she didn’t have the best example. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I can’t wait to see pictures of little man and see him in the stands at daddy’s games!
