Mini Must-Have: Bronx Wentz’s Cool High-Tops!

INF; Daniel/INF

With Pete and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz as parents, it’s no surprise that 14-month-old Bronx Mowgli is such a hip dresser. From head-to-toe, he always looks adorable. And while hanging out in New York City with his family recently, we spotted him sporting some super stylish kicks — not once, but twice!

After a bit of sleuthing, we discovered the tot’s go-to shoes are the brand new Baby Skytops ($34 – $40) by Supra, which are modeled after the company’s extremely popular Skytops for adults.

Like his trendsetting parents, Bronx — who has them in two colors — is totally ahead of the game. Available in white, black and gold, the Supra mini sneaks don’t make their official debut until March 15, and only then in toddler sizes 2 – 10. Bigger sizes (10 – 3) will be available in the fall.

Courteney Cox: Daughter May Join the Family Business

Dave Allocca/Startraks

While many actresses express a hope that their children will pursue a different career path, Courteney Cox-Arquette isn’t among them.

In the March issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, the Cougar Town star says that daughter Coco Riley, 5 ½, is already showing signs of following in mom’s footsteps.

“It would be no surprise to me if she went into acting,” Courteney confesses. “I guess I’d be cool with that otherwise I’d be a hypocrite, but I hope she doesn’t jump into it too soon.”

From the sound of things, Coco is eager to jump into just about anything! Calling her daughter an “unstoppable” drama queen, Courteney, 45, says Coco is also “confident and funny.”

“She’s so dramatic already. She laughs hard. She pouts hard. She cries hard. She loves hard. If she can’t find something, it’s the end of the world.”

Husband David Arquette also earns high marks from Courteney. “I’m at peace because I’m married to someone who is all about heart and family,” she adds.

Post Split, Matthew Settle Focuses on Daughter

Ray Tamarra/Getty Images

Amid the gossip and rumors about the state of his marriage, Gossip Girl star Matthew Settle confirms that he and his wife Naama Nativ have separated.

“It’s true and we are working on that,” the actor told PEOPLE at Tuesday’s G-Star Raw runway fashion show in New York. “Things happen in life and you just have to roll with it. I wish things could have been better but our focus is on our daughter.”

Matthew, 40, and Naama, 26, welcomed their first child, Aven Angelica, last March and despite the split, the doting dad is keeping his spirits up by concentrating on his 11-month-old baby girl as she learns to walk.

“She can walk but she’s afraid to,” Matthew told Celebrity Baby Blog. “She walks behind her Ikea stroller that we have. I try to walk with her holding her hands, but the moment I touch her she wants to sit down. She knows that you are going to ask her to walk and she’s like, ‘I’m not ready!’ So I think she’s going to be cautious, which is good because I’m not always the most cautious person.”

Matthew will soon take a risk of his own — he’ll make his Broadway debut as Billy Flynn in the musical Chicago for a 10-week limited engagement next month — but at home he already has a duet partner with Aven.

“I have videotape of her singing,” he said. “I bought her a cute little piano called My First Piano and she plays on it and goes, ‘Laa laa.’ She kind of makes her own tunes. She’s a little musician waiting to happen.”

Besides taking on her dad’s singing talent, Matthew says she shares the same type comedy as him. “She’s got a really good sense of humor,” he said. “She smiles a lot and she’s got irony.”
