Mini Must-Have: Matilda Ledger’s Bright Rain Boots!

AAR/Fame Pictures

Talk about pretty in pink! We spotted Matilda Ledger, 4, rocking a super cute pair of rain boots last October while heading to school with mom Michelle Williams in Brooklyn, NY.

Although it took us some time to track them down, we finally found out her pink wellies ($60) are by chic shoe company, Hunter.

You can get her specific style here — there’s even an adult version ($115) to boot.

The stylish tot’s also wearing a fun yellow rain jacket ($120) by Petit Bateau and carrying Kidorable‘s Pirate umbrella ($13.50).

I do love all this yellow, black and white going on. Matilda along with Sage Florence, both are look funky in those colours, and the pink wellies finish it off beautifully!
Love ‘em, so adorable.

Hunter Wellies are very popular here in the uk,(As you can imagine with our climate!) And although they are a bit more pricey than other wellies they are worth every penny, fab colours too. Myself, my Husband and daughter each have a pair.(hubby’s are black mind you not pink!)

I just bought a pair of navy wellies and they’re very comfie and keep the cold out(even just the nylon lining ones). I am on a budget but they’re definitely worth the price.

Good Lord, $60 for wellies?!

Jen,

They are made of real rubber, not plastic (and they are imported). I love my adult pair. I waited until they were $35 for my son (I agree that $60 is a lot for a kid that will change shoe sizes in a few months or year). I was willing to pay $115 for the adult size and I have worn them for 2 years to day.

hunters took a while to track down? you can get them at bloomingdales, they’re great.

I have loved Hunter wellies for a long time and they are great for running around a ranch (not just for rain). What I am really commenting on though is that umbrella. It looks like it is pirate themed and I would love to know the details on it. If anyone knows about the umbrella I would love the info!!

I was also surprised a brand as popular as Hunter would have taken any time to “track down”. They’re pretty easily recognizable, I think. But yeah, they’re well-made and I own the same pink ones in a kids’ size 4 (equivalent to women’s size 6).

I love them too (especially in that bright pink, that makes all the look for Matilda) !!! It took me some time to track them down at a reasonable price (I did not want to pay them full price even if those are really good because they maintain the feet good). I eventually found them (exactly those bright pink ones) at 38$ on an european website called zap-store and they shipped if for about 15$ so it was still good !

I like her mama’s boots as well!

The umbrella is gorgeous, I purchased one for my nephew in Australia from this website-

However I believe if you search Wrigglebots you will find one. Good luck

Those Hunters are super cute on her. They are a bit pricey for kid’s rain boots but I’ve not found anything of the same quality.
