The family stepped out with Angelina Jolie‘s formerly estranged father, Jon Voight, marking the first time the father-daughter pair have been photographed together in several years.
The Jolie-Pitts have made the most of their time in the Italian city, where Angelina is preparing to shoot The Tourist with Johnny Depp.

I absolutely love this little girl! She is so full of life and energy!It´s hard to imagine that just four and a half years ago she was fighting for her life in an Ethiopian orphanage. If it wasn´t for Angie – and Brad – she most certainly wouldn´t be alive today. Now she´s this beautiful, healthy 5-year-old girl who brings so much joy into this family. She also seems to be daddy´s little girl. And that smile! She should smile more often and she has been doing that a lot now that the family is in Europe. She and Shi seem to be very close to one another. Hopefully we´ll soon see pics of her out with both of her little sisters! She certainly loves Viv a lot too! Those three JP girls all are very beautiful and will break many hearts in the future!

I KNOW Im going to catch heat for this… BUT. While this picture is adorable, and I love this family, I still will NEVER understand why each child is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS in black, white, grey, silver, navy blue or camoflage. They are NEVER dressed in colors. EVER. =/

@sandra: last time i checked, black, white, grey, silver, and navy blue were colors?? is it NECESSARY for children to wear bright colored clothes? not every parent wants to dress their children in obnoxiously loud bubble gum pink hannah montana clothes. the jolie pitts are very sophisticated and their clothes reflect that.

I’ve always noticed that the Jolie-Pitt children appear to have an influence in selecting their own clothing. So many celebrity children have perfect outfits, like little dolls, every time they appear in public, but these children dress more like real children. Heaven knows my children stopped looking perfect when they were old enough to select their clothing everyday and each have their own personal style.
Zahara is always a little girly and more polished than Shiloh’s tomboy look. And in interview where their parents talk about the children, their personalities are potrayed to match that. Brad and Angelina always talk about raising their children in a creative manner with emphasis on personal expression and the children’s apperance reflects that. I’m sure if the girl’s wanted pink tutu’s than they would have them and wear them.
Little girl’s want to look like mom and these little girls are no different, except their mom has a very disntinct look and pink is not involved. When they get older you may see them in colors, when they further develop their own tastes, but for now they only have eyes for mom.

@JMO I also noticed that Shiloh’s hair was brunette in those photos. They must be coloring her hair and trying to keep that from being known by keeping the skull cap on her at all times. Why would you color your very young child’s hair?

Cami- I doubt they’re coloring Shi’s hair. It has probably just gotten darker naturally. My own hair did that: I was blonde when I was Shiloh’s age, then my hair darkened to a honey-blonde when I was a bit older, and now, as an adult, I am a brunette.
My mother’s hair color as changed as she grew up…only it did it to the extreme! She had white-blonde hair as a child….and now, as an adult, her hair is so dark brown it could almost pass for black!
Anyway, my point is that Shi’s hair is just naturally getting darker.

Also, considering that Maddox and Pax have over the years sported (between them, that is. Both boys haven’t neccesarily had the hairstyles I’m about to list) mohawks, blonde highlights, and even blue highlights, I doubt Angie and Brad would care what any of us think if they did dye Shi’s hair!

lover- I agree! Also, Zee was seen wearing pink (light pink, but pink non the less) many times in 2008, and spent most of the early part of 2008 in purple shirts. Similarly, Shi was seen in some adorable pink cardigans when she was around the twins’ age!

Zahara looks so stylish and cute in her outfit. Her hat is adorable, too. I always love seeing her hanging out with her parents.
And I think it’s nice that Angie has reconciled with her father. Hopefully, things will go smoothly and he’ll get to know/connect with his grandchildren.

Why is every poster in a jolie-pitt post, sooooooo super sweet and sugar coat everything to the point of being obnoxious. It’s a little creepy how some people defend them about every minute thing they do, like you know them or something. And to the poster who said they are sophisticated? I know you probably like them and all, but seriously, sophisticated? Think about things they have done, Id hardly call announcing to the world that you just had sex in a limo is sophisticated. I also dont think jon voight did anything wrong to her. She was acting like a lunatic and he was reaching out to her and try and get her help-if anyone knows her better than her obsessed fans, its her father for crying out loud.

What I find that is creepy is when some people feel if their opinion is not the popular one, they then say other posters are “defending” a celebrity or are on some “liberal” agenda. Conspiracy theory much? The day that I see a Jolie-Pitt kid in flip-flops in the snow is the day you will see a message from me talking about the inappropriateness and ineptitude of how they dress that child. Until then, put Pax in a dress on a hot day and let Shiloh grow a mustache.

LaurenC. Neither Brad or Angie have ever announced they had sex in A limo. Aj’s ex husband did. BTW Jada Pinkett Smith announced on Access Hollywood ,she and Will were late to the Oscars because they were having sex in limo,she and Will have sex in their friends bathrooms at parties.She stated these tidbits in 2009. AJ left BBT in 2002 yet you are bringing up stuff that was said by BBT in 2000. Btw Jada has also talked about her extensive drug use yet many people would describe her as sophisticated.

Yoco, fine Angelina didn’t say it, but her tongue was down Billy Bob’s throat when he did, nothing anyone can say that can convince me that this woman is a class act. Or the fact that Brad admits to smoking pot, I just wonder why it’s ok for these 2 to do those things and it’s barely a blip on the radar, but if it was another celeb, everyone would be screaming they’re unfit to be a parent, just a double standard in my opinion.
