Dogs, monkeys, penguins, oh my! Your little ones will go wild over Skip Hop‘s Zoo Lunchies ($13). More fun than your average lunch bag, they’re roomy enough to stash a sandwich, snack and drink, yet small enough for mini hands to tote around. Plus, they come in four adorable styles — blue dog, brown monkey, pink mouse and black penguin.

The easy-to-clean, insulated interior  — which features a handy mesh pocket to store utensils and nametag — keeps food and drinks cold. Want to take it on-the-go? Clip the handle on a backpack or stroller. They’re also PVC-, BPA- and Phtalate-free, so you won’t have to worry about harmful chemicals getting into your toddler’s meal.

Most of all, we dig the matching zipper pulls. From a dog bone to a slice of cheese, we could zip them up and down all day!

Great that these are PVC-, BPA-, and Phthalate-free, but what about lead? These interiors look like vinyl, and if these are made in China, well….

The website does not specify what materials the bags ARE made of, only that they are PVC-free. Not helpful.
