Ashlee and Bronx Wentz Take Flight!

Elder Ordonez/INF

Having wrapped her Chicago run, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz prepared to go back home to Los Angeles, flying out of JFK airport in New York with son Bronx Mowgli on Tuesday.

“I plan to take two weeks off for sure, just to be home and enjoy some down time,” Ashlee, 25, told Celebrity Baby Blog recently. “Then after that I’m going to start writing again. I’m also looking at some films. I’m excited to go home, and I’m definitely ready to go home! But 10 weeks here was fun, and being on Broadway was a dream.”

Bronx, 14 months, is Ashlee’s son with husband Pete Wentz.

When Ashlee announced she was pregnant, I never pictured her child looking like this! He is adorable, and I knew her child would be adorable but I didn’t expect him to have this blonde hair! My gosh he is soo cute! I love seeing Bronx with his Mom and Dad! Must be nice yet bittersweet to be done with Chicago! I liked seeing pictures of Bronx bundeled up in NYC everyday. I’m going to miss that once they are back in LA! Anyways, gorgeous family and I know Pete Wentz and Ashlee want more kids so I wonder when Bronx is going to become a big brother!
