Scott Stapp, Wife Expecting a Son

Creed frontman Scott Stapp and his wife, Jaclyn, who announced their pregnancy in December, have found out the sex of the baby — and they can barely contain their excitement.

“We’re having a boy!” Scott excitedly volunteered to Celebrity Baby Blog exclusively at the Saturday Night Spectacular party hosted by Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy.

The couple, who have two children — daughter Milán Hayat, 3, and son Jagger, 11 — realize that adding a new baby to the mix will change their lives.

“I think every year, our relationship evolves and grows,” stays Scott, “and with a new child comes new responsibility. But I tell you what, I fall in love with Jaclyn more and more every day.”

Scott, 36, and his wife have chosen a name for the baby, due in July: Daniel, after Jaclyn’s brother.

Congrats! She barely looks pregnant. I like the name Daniel but it’s definitely a change in naming style from their first two kids.

Congrats to them. Wow he looks so different with this hair cut. Very clean cut

I always had the feeling that he was trying too hard to be this perfect Christian, while dealing with fame and being in the music industry with all of its temptation and it just put him under too much pressure. He struggled a bit but I’m glad that things seem much better in his life.

I’m confused? I remember years and years ago he had a son( who looked like a mini me of him) but I thought he and his wife split up? Did they end up getting back together or is this a different wife? Anyway, glad to hear that he is happy and has his life back in order once again.

Congratulations to Scott & his beautiful wife! I became a Creed fan only recently and now I love their music! He looks great but I do miss the long hair! His voice is unbelievable, gives me chills. Daniel is an awesome name, love it!

Scott had Jagger by his first wife Hilaree(not sure of her maiden name) and they split up twice calling it quits for good the second time I think. I think Jacklyn and Scott did have some trouble in their marriage a couple years ago but I guess they’ve gotten past all that now. Scott does look great these days. I hope all is well with this family.

This is his second wife, and she has adopted his son from his first marriage as her own. His first wife has nothing to do with the boy.

Who cares who his the first wife, she’s a complete stranger to Jagger.. Focus on the positive side of things, Congrats to scott, jaclyn and especially Scott on getting his life together. He truly has come a long way and I’m glad he survived the ups and downs of the music/entertainment industry. One last breath is a classic!! Creed fan for life.

It wasn’t Hillarees choice to be apart from her son Jagger! She tried to get custody of him but what do you think the outcome of an average person against a multi-millionaire in court is? So don’t say who cares who his first wife is, she loves Jagger more than anything!
