Jenna Elfman Gives Her Little One a Lift!

Mike/Fame

Story Elias Elfman gets all wrapped up — in his bag of sandbox toys! — while playing with mom Jenna Elfman at Cross Creek Park in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday.

The Accidentally on Purpose star, 38, is enjoying some well-deserved time off after wrapping filming on the first season of her sitcom last week.

Although they’re preparing for the arrival of their second son in early March, Jenna and husband Bodhi make sure their 2-year-old still has plenty of quality time with mom and dad!

Story wears Pediped Flex Jake’s in Navy ($49).

how adorable is this photo!!!! <3
Jenna looks so happy all the time, i love her and her family!
her tummy looks like it's so low on her body, it's kinda cute :)

Oh my goodness it looks like she’s going to drop that baby!! The one in her tummy I mean. It is so low!!

- acmommy on

Wow she carries so low. When you carry that way does the baby press on you bladder more intensely???

Jenna is starting to look more like she has a normal sized 8 month pregnant belly. She got so big so fast. She does look low, but she also has a really long torso so it makes her look even lower. She is so beautiful.

Little Story is getting so big! Is that a low tummy or what LOL.
Reminds me of Yogi bear. She might not make it to March.

She is so LOW! It’s amazing! Wow.

I am thinking that she may just be a week or so away….I think Jenna may have thrown us off. That belly looks ready to pop.

She carries sooo low..this is how I was with my daughter. And it is miserable. She looks so cute pregnant though.

I have never seen anyone carry as low as her with almost two months left! Wowza!

She really is carrying SO low…I can’t imagine how often she’s going to the bathroom! Maybe the plus side is pee more, but breathe more? I sure couldn’t lift my two-year-old when I was that pregnant without getting winded! Adorable mommy that Jenna is!

Looks like the baby is in the low position ready for the big B-day that is how my sister was with hers towards the end but then again what do I know I have not been pregnant lol.

Is that normal?? I’ve never seen a belly that low!!

Second (and beyond) babies sometimes drop earlier since your body already knows what to do. Its not a bad thing – less heartburn…you can actually eat again and you don’t feel like you’ve run a marathon after just climbing some stairs! Yes its harder on the bladder but honestly, I’d rather have that problem!

As for the “she’s about to pop” comments (which I’m so sick of – but I’m also due in early March and just as big as she is, so maybe I’m sensitive)…what exactly do people think an 8 mth pregnant woman’s stomach should look like??

I think this picture is super cute and I love those shoes – my 4 yr old has the same pair :)

Totally agree that carrying that low would be nice!!! I’m expecting boy #2 also in March and with my short torso I carry sooo high it is sooo painful. The top of my belly is so sore I can hardly touch it. Some days I can’t even stand to have clothing touch it!! I always liked having a short torso and long legs… Then I got pregnant! =)

Okay, she doesn’t look ready to pop as many of you think. She looks very healthy for an 8mos. along. I carried one of my girls high and the other low, and when a baby sits low like that, your lap takes alot of the pressure off of your back, except for the occasional grab to the nerve running down the thigh (OUCH!), it seemed alot more comfortable to carry low, I didn’t have the babies feet in my ribs all the time like my first daughter…(although she became a gymnast) Maybe that explains all the climbing on the ribs. LOL

has she never heard of a shirt and pants? all of these dresses she is wearing while pregnant are giving her a very weird shape. it does not look natural. and of course draws more attention to her belly which everyone is commenting on. i am a big fan of wearing maternity cloths instead of trying to squeeze into the things you were able to wear before. i know a lot of people do it because it seems stylish but it looks strange. and of course maternity clothes can be stylish also — there are several very popular lines.

I do not know if getting a big belly is something genetic. She looks perfectly fine and I guess she has not gained that much weight.. looks can be deceiving sometimes.. I wish her a relaxing last trimester pregnancy and an easy delivery :D

- mamaofone on

Sarah, who cares what she’s wearing? If I was pregnant, all I’d worry about was the health of my unborn child; not if other people thought the shape of my stomach looked odd.

Some people comment on how she’s carrying like she has a choice in the matter. She’s spending time with her little boy. I’m sure the last thing on her mind is how she appears to others.
