Mark Wahlberg, Rhea Durham Welcome Daughter Grace Margaret

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

Baby makes six for Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham, who welcomed a daughter Monday, Jan. 11th, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

Grace Margaret Wahlberg joins siblings Brendan Joseph, 16 months, Michael, 3 ½, and Ella Rae, 6.

The Lovely Bones actor, 38, confirmed the pregnancy in October, announcing that Rhea was expecting a girl.

Will the brood continue to grow now that Grace has arrived? That’s up to his model wife, Mark says.

“My wife is allowed to pick the magic number … as many as she wants to have.”

What a beautiful name to go with the rest of the kids :) Margaret is going to be my baby’s middle name if it’s a girl!

- Lis on

Woo-HOO!!!! The first reports that came out said that the baby was named Margaret Grace. I’m glad it’s the other way around. That’s awesome news.

- Alicia on

Congrats!
what a pretty name! I like how all the children have normal, beautiful names!
Awww, the oldest and the youngest are girls and the middle ones are boys, this is so cute!
Mark and his wife make a lovely couple, I wish them and their family all the best!

- chrissy on

I saw this tuesday on another site. I am glad to see they named her Grace Margaret instead of Margaret Grace like the other site had on it.

Yayyy I love Grace much more than Margaret. Also, I think Grace goes better with Ella, Michael & Brendan than Margaret does.

- Natasha on

Just curious why it took you guys so long to post the news. It was on other websites Monday night. Anyways, congrats to the adorable family of 6!

We don’t post news until the correct information has been confirmed. Previous rumored reports gave an incorrect name, therefore we didn’t put the item on CBB.

Congratulation to them! I love the name Grace, plus it fits so well with Brendan, Ella and Michael.

- Brooklyn on

I agree with everyone about the name. I had read it being Margaret Grace yesterday, too. Glad it’s Grace Margaret instead! Love Grace as a first name. So elegant.

- mrsh on

What a lovely classic name … Love it. Congratulations.

“My wife is allowed to pick the magic number … as many as she wants to have.” … love that sentence. So nice …

- Sarah on

I was wondering when CBB would post this! Cute classic name, Congrats!!

- Lady on

Congratulations!

So nice to hear how they are open to life!!!

- Cheryl on

What a lovely name! Congrats to Mark and Rhea!

- Mary-Helen on

beautiful name!! and a normal name- congrats to celebrity parents who care enough not to name their child something ridiculous. can’t wait to see this little one!

- kmb on

I wish my husband would let me “pick the magic number”!

- Allison on

I believe Mark comes from quite a large family, so it would not be suprising to me that he would be open to having a large one himself.

- Amy on

Yay, Grace Margaret is pretty! I loved Margaret Grace, too, but this is nice.

- Lynn on

I agree, wish my hubby would allow me to pick the magic number too! LOL Of course, we’d have like fifty kids! I love having little ones. Sadly, according to the hubby, my 10 month old is the very last one. Mark is very considerate of his wife and her wishes. Lovely Family!

- Dara on

Aw, how sweet, he seems like such a loving man! congrats and I love the name

- Jessicad on

I just LOVE this name because it’s beautiful and because my 4 year daughters name is Grace Maragaret too!!!!

- Debby on

Margaret Grace is better imo.I’m not a fan of the name grace since its become so popular. 4 kids and shes only 31! She could end up with 10!

- electra on

Mark and his wife must really love kids. Guess that 4 is the new 2.

- Something About Baby on

Yay, a traditionally spelled name! Thank you for not naming her Graise or Grase.

- Mary on

I definitely prefer Grace Margaret rather and Margaret Grace! Margaret feels odd with Ella, Michael and Brendan. Congrats to the family!! Just saw the Lovely Bones last night.

- Devon on

Love the name Grace! I think it’s so pretty, and it does go beautifully with their other kids’ names :)

- The Nanny on

Nice to see Grace as a first name and not middle as has been very popular.

- Emma on

There have been a lot of birthes latley!

Little Grace, Gavin, Vida, Koley, Mason, Hank IV, Kloey and more that i can’t remember! Talk about a baby boom!

- cali girl on

I like this name. I did hear his daughter was born but i heard Margaret Grace but i’m thrilled its the opposite way.

- Luna on

Does Michael have a middle name?

Love the name very classic .

Andrea

- Andrea on

Ha! Mary I agree, I’m glad they didn’t try to make it “unique” either with an odd spelling (I’ve even seen it spelled Grayce). It’s pretty and classy exactly the way it is!

Congrats to Mark and Rhea! Wonder if this will be the last one??? :)

- daniela on

Why do people think Margaret sounds odd with the other first names? They’re all Irish… I like the name either way. In any event, both Mark and Rhea appear to be very hands on loving parents. She is a lucky little girl.

- Catca on

thats a great name :)

- Milla on

Yah, Yah, Yah!! Another beautiful name! Congrats to the family!!

- mandii on

I actually love the name Margaret- I was going to use it if my son had been a girl! We would have called the baby Maggie though. Either way I think it’s a lovely name, and congrats to Mark and Rhea on the newest addition to thier lovely family.

So who’s next on the Hollywood Baby Train? LOL

- Shannon on

They pick such beautiful names for their kids. And how awesome to have 2 boys and 2 girls!! Congrats to them!!

- JMO on

I too wish my husband would let me pick the magic number. I would be over the moon! No matter the number, I am immensely grateful to be able to have children.

This family is so beautiful and I am glad they decided to get married.

- MontanaMomma on

I’m sure she’s adorable like the rest of her siblings.

Grace Margaret is a lovely name as is Margaret Grace. I’m sure if she was named the latter, they’d refer to her as Maggie.

- Liliana on

Andrea, I’ve heard that Michael’s middle name is Robert, but I don’t know if that’s true.

I agree with everyone. Grace Margaret is a beautiful, classic name

- Sarah K. on

Congrats to the family and Grace Margaret is such a beautiful name! I love, love, love the name Grace!

- Stephany on

I like the name, it’s classic and traditional and goes well with ella, michael, and brendan. They had a lot of kids in a short period of time, but I think it will be their last. I read an interview with him, and he said he loves kids, but thinks 4 might be the number in their family because he wants to make sure all the kids get enough attention and quality time and that the more kids you have, the harder it gets. interesting my cousin her husband and their three kids just came back from europe and visited italy, spain, and germany, and they said in europe especially italy there were no big families most people had 1 child and the most they would have are 2 kids and that people in europe thought it was crazy she had 3 kids under the age of 3 lol. she said she only saw like one family in all three countries with 3 children.

- luciana on

to reiterate other posts, so glad its Grace Margaret as opposed to Margaret Grace, yay! Grace isn’t a name I’d use but it’s a nice, normal name which goes well with siblings’ names and nicer than Margaret, JMO!

- Sam and Freya's mum on

They have great taste for choosing names. Grace Margaret is a beautiful name.

- Jane on

I thought it was reported her name was Margaret Grace? I like that MUCH better. They could have called her Maggie. :) Grace Margaret..that doesn’t have the same pretty ring or flow to it.

- Jennifer on

i love the name although i prefer margaret grace, but maybe it’s because i have a daughter named margaret :) we call her maggie

- liz on

Beautiful name, either way, I think. Congrats to them!

- Shelby on

I much prefer Margaret Grace. There area trillion Graces already. boring. But nice!

- moose on

“I’m sure if she was named the latter, they’d refer to her as Maggie.”

What makes you so sure? There are plenty of other nicknames for Maggie. Or Mark and Rhea may not like nicknames at all, as their other children don’t seem to have one.

- dfgdfgd on

“Nice to see Grace as a first name and not middle as has been very popular.”

Actually, Emma, Grace is one of the most popular first names right now. It’s very likely she’ll have a Grace in one of her classes as school.

- dfgdfgd on

Mark and Rhea like nicknames. I’ve heard Mark call Ella ‘Ellie’ and Michael ‘Mikey’, and Brendan ‘Bren’ or something. Grace will be ‘Gracie’, I’m sure. So unbelievably cute. This is the family with the best names, for sure.

- Alicia on

i appear to be in the minority here but i don’t like the name. i just think Grace is such an empty and boring name and sooooooo overused, way too popular.
but they are a lovely family and i wish them all possible health and happiness.

- JM on

YAY!!!! I have been waiting for this announcement! I love this family and all of their children’s names. I love the name Grace Margaret and I can’t wait to see her (though I know that it will be a while) :D

- Bancie1031 on

Oh I almost forgot …. CONGRATULATIONS MARK AND RHEA (Ella, Michael and Brendan)!

- Bancie1031 on

congrats to the whole wahlberg family. love the name grace maragret. I’ll bet she is soo cute. These guys certaintly have their hands full. Good luck to them.

- Ashley on

Grace Margaret is a beautiful name. Mark and Rhea have got great taste. They always look like they are enjoying life, too. I am sure they are fantastic parents. Hope that Mark makes many more great movies. Wish the best of luck to this charming family! :)

- Julie on

Mark, I’d like to see a picture of your daughter Grace!!!
Thank you very much.
