After welcoming daughter Charlotte Grace last September and settling into her new mommy routine, Sarah Michelle Prinze became the latest celeb mom to turn to home-delivery meal service Freshology to get her pre-baby body back. Other A-list fans include Jennifer Lopez, Busy Philipps, Constance Zimmer and Debi Mazar.

The Suburban Girl star is using the company’s recently launched Fresh Mommy program to keep her calories in check. Not only are the pre-cooked meals nutritious (and delicious!), but they’re designed to give busy, breastfeeding moms the energy — 2100 to 2200 calories per day — they need.

Though it’s pricey (plans start at $52.95 per day), the service is super convenient. You can pick and choose your delivery days — they can schedule around weekends, holidays and vacations. Plus, the company promises you won’t get the same meal twice in a 90-day period so there’s loads of variety. The only downside: Fresh Mommy’s only available in L.A.

Right now, the company’s offering a promotion. Sign up now and you’ll receive 10% off and a free lunch tote. Don’t live in the L.A. area? Check out the nationally available GetSlim program. Starting at $39.95 a day, you can have meals delivered to your door twice a week via FedEx.

If all the meals look as delicious as that chicken, sign me up!!

Seriously, I wish I could afford someone to cook meals for me. I hate to cook and I don’t eat healthy enough. It would be heaven!!

If you can afford it, it seems like meal delivery like this is the way to go when losing weight. The portions are controlled, and you don’t have to go through the trouble of cooking, which is not easy when you’re only doing it for one or two people (assuming there’s just the additional baby). Not quite the same thing, but I personally recommend Lean Cuisines if someone’s looking for a similar option. No meal I’ve had exceeds 380 calories, the variety is great-you can have everything from carbonara to spinach and mushroom pizza to chicken parm-the ingredients are impressive, and, most importantly, they taste great!

This is obviously geard towards the wealthy. You can get cheaper options at the supermarket.Yes some of it taste awful but I find weight watchers to be quite tasty. If you are on a budget the key is to find healthy foods that you actually like to eat.

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
