I don’t care for Lisa Rinna that much, but this is such a cute picture! I think Delilah is going to be a knock-out when she’s older (as long as she doesn’t nip and tuck like her mom). She’s such a natural beauty!
AND before (or in case) this comment ignites a raging debate over/backlash of plastic surgery comments, for the record I am NOT against it at all, I just think LR has overdone it. I hope her daughters don’t think they need to get nip/tucked as they get older, b/c they’re so absolutely gorgeous already.

And it is a “1″ on the glasses. It’s hard to tell because of the hole in it, but if you really look, you’ll see it isn’t rounded at the top like the zeroes.

I zoomed in on the pic, and it looks like they are from 2000. the line in the middle is just part of the glasses. He probably got a kick out of them and pulls them out every year. Cute pic, cute kids. They both look like a mix of their parents, except they got different features from each one it seems.
