Lourdes and Mercy Take to the Skies

Hot Shots Worldwide/Splash News Online

Walk this way!

Madonna‘s daughters Lourdes Maria, 13, and Mercy James, 3 ½, stroll through Los Angeles International Airport hand in hand on Monday.

No word on where the pair were headed, but they were accompanied by brothers Rocco John, 9, and David Banda, 4.

Describing her children recently, Madonna told Rolling Stone,

“Lourdes likes all my old songs. She’s really into the Eighties, from the way she dresses to the music she listens to. Rocco likes anything that I did with Timbaland. Basically, he’s a hip-hop and electronica boy.”

Saturday stroll!

Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham hit the shops with the family this past week, walking around the Westfield Century City with children Brendan Joseph, 14 months, Michael, 3 ½, and Ella Rae, 6.

The family will grow by one when Rhea, a model, gives birth to baby girl this winter — she’s reportedly due this month!

“I’m having another girl,” Mark said in October. “So I’ll have two girls and two boys. My wife is allowed to pick the magic number … as many as she wants to have.”

Tobey Maguire Chooses Roles Carefully Since Becoming a Dad

Anthony/Pacific Coast News

Immersing himself in his latest role — that of a U.S. soldier recently returned from Afghanistan, in the new film Brothers — was difficult not only for Tobey Maguire, but also for his wife Jennifer Meyer Maguire.

Long days on set and dark subject matter took a toll, the 34-year-old actor tells the Boston Globe.

“It’s always challenging; It does create tension,” he admits. “But my wife, she understands, and we both do the best we can to get through those experiences.”

Similarly, Tobey says that he carefully weighed the pros and cons before signing on to Spider-Man 4. “It’s not that I was reluctant,” he clarifies before adding,

“For me, it’s a big process to decide whether or not to do a role…I have to want to wake up in the morning and feel like I can’t wait to get to work. I’ve got to feel OK about leaving my kids for 12 or 13 hours a day for five months. It’s a big commitment.”

Brothers opens Friday.

Tobey and Jennifer are parents to Ruby Sweetheart, 3, and Otis Tobias, 6 ½ months.

Ali Landry, Rich Sommer Light the Legoland Christmas Tree

The holiday season is in full-swing in Legoland!

On Monday evening, celebrity parents Ali Landry and Rich Sommer were on hand to officially light the 30-foot-tall tree — made up of more than 245,000 forest green DUPLO bricks, adorned with almost 400 LEGO ornaments, and 1,000 lights — during the Legoland’s 7th annual Tree Lighting ceremony.

The event, which benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California and concluded with a donation to the organization, provided guests with a fireworks display and snow showers all around! Adding a bit of excitement was a stellar performance from the award-winning entertainment group The Jumpitz.

Mother to daughter Estela Ines, 2, Ali was particularly touched by the ceremony. “Being here with the mothers and fathers, grandfathers and the children; that’s how I was raised,” she tells the Hot Moms Club. “So for me, being in this kind of atmosphere and it is Christmas and festive and it is family; I don’t think there’s anything better.”
