My children go to a private Christian high school. They are allowed 3 tardies a semester. If they are tardy a 4th time they have detention on a Saturday. They must pay $20.00 for the first offense and it goes up from there. Let me tell you I paid once for my daughter. The next time, it came out of her own pocket. That was three years ago. She has not been a re-offender. She knows that we will NOT pay for her social life that makes her late for a class! I pay enough for her and her brother to attend that school. Not only that I want them to respect the teachers and the other students.

So if the students are “habitually in trouble” They ought to pay up! Full heartedly

I should go on record that the taxpayers should NOT have to pay, but the parents of the “repeat habitual offending children” should pay!!!!! Or make the habitual children start cleaning and wiping down the school walls, luch detail etc.
