Scott Wolf Says Son Jack 'Loves To Be Alive'

GSI Media

The bar has been set high for 7-month-old Jackson ‘Jack’ Kayse!

Talking to radio show host Billy Bush, actor Scott Wolf reveals that he and his wife Kelley have settled on calling their son Jack and jokes that with a strong surname, baby boy is bound to leave a lasting impression.

“I think he’s either going to have to write something or he’s going to really enjoy bourbon and have a regular chair at a pub somewhere.”

Enjoying life as a first-time father, Scott admits he has trouble verbalizing the happiness brought about by his first child. “I can not…put into words how great a person he is,” the doting dad raves. “He literally wakes up with a smile on his face and falls off to sleep with a smile on his face.”

Of course, not unlike any other baby, the former Party of Five star confesses that Jack does his fair share of crying too! “There’s some crying here and there in between — he’s a human being too,” he says.

However, those tears are quickly dried up by a silly Scott.

“The kid seems to really love to be alive and he makes me feel like the funniest person on the planet.”

Scott’s new show V premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Mama and her little joey!

Alyson Hannigan shows off her Halloween handiwork, carrying daughter Satyana, 7 months, in her own little pouch while out with husband Alexis Denisof on Saturday in Santa Monica, Calif.

“I’ve already got three costumes for her — a baby bunny, a squirrel, and then I’m having a kangaroo costume made for myself and…she’s going to be the baby kangaroo,” the How I Met Your Mother star confessed to Ellen DeGeneres last week.

Paula Patton Wishes Previous Pregnancy Rumors Were True

Jordan Strauss/FilmMagic

With the cat now out of the bag, singer Robin Thicke and his wife Paula Patton are more than ready to celebrate the impending arrival of their first child.

However, the announcement comes a year and a half after reports swirled that the couple were to be parents, rumors that the couple never confirmed — for good reason, the actress says.

“It was a baby doll dress and it was after the holidays,” Paula explains to OK!

“I probably gained 10-15 pounds, I don’t know, and suddenly after one picture, I was pregnant. What are you going to do? It’s life. I wish it happened. That would’ve been better.”

In the upcoming months of her pregnancy, the actress can rest assured that Robin will be quite the doting dad-to-be!

“He brings me flowers every time he comes to the set,” the Precious star shares.

“He can be so thoughtful. He thinks about me, he cares about me, he’s always making sure that I’m in a good place.”

Joking that Paula “could make a marriage work with a chair,” Robin has equally good things to say about the mama-to-be.

“She’s an incredible woman and she’s very beautiful. I’m just lucky to be with her.”

Kyle MacLachlan Counts on Callum For His Halloween Costume

Gregg DeGuire/PictureGroup

There were no ghoulish masks or intricate costumes for Kyle MacLachlan this Halloween.

Instead, the 50-year-old actor, who showed up at Heidi Klum’s 10th Annual Halloween Party in a t-shirt and baseball hat covered in bits of food, played the part he knows best: father of 15-month-old son Callum Lyon.

“I just came tonight, I didn’t think I needed a costume,” he tells Celebrity Baby Blog.

“We had breakfast this morning and then had a little bit of lunch with broccoli and there was a little bit of cereal. For dinner we had macaroni and cheese and then for snack we had some Cheddar Bunnies.”

And while toddlers are not known for their delicate eating habits, Kyle is quick to note that he has far more to learn than his son.

“Well to be fair, he’s not a messy eater,” he explains. “I’m a messy feeder!”

As for Callum’s costume, Kyle reveals that he and his wife, Project Runway executive producer Desiree Gruber — who decided to skip trick-or-treating — chose a zebra get-up for their little boy.

“We dressed him up and took a lot of pictures to use to blackmail him when he’s older,” the doting dad jokes.

Clearly elated with first-time fatherhood, Kyle raves that the couple have been “really lucky” with Callum. “We’re just loving him so much, he’s such a joy,” the Desperate Housewives star says.

Among baby boy’s latest milestones — including a few new molars! — is most noticeably his early interest in academics.

“He’s memorized the first three letters of the Encyclopedia Britannica. He’s got A, B, and C [and] we’re working on D. Just kind of the same old thing.”

MAM Baby Products: High-Tech Baby Care!

MAM Baby Products

MAM Baby Product‘s brightly colored bottles, pacifiers and teethers don’t just look good, they work wonders too! Founded in 1976 by Austrian plastics engineer Peter Röhrig, the company’s main focus is to improve baby health and make parents lives a little easier.

And we believe them! The MAM Anti-Colic bottles have a vented base that mimics the smooth and natural flow of breast milk while cutting down on the amount of air your baby sucks in. They come in 5 oz. ($12.95 for 3 pack) or 9 oz. ($13.99 for 3 pack) – depending on your baby’s feeding needs.

We also love their classic MAM Cooler teether ($5.99). It’s designed to soothe and cool (just throw it in the refrigerator). Plus it’s ergonomically shaped to reach the back molars for better gum and teeth care.

All products are BPA free and made with a patented silicone that’s ultra-soft. The line also has lots of mini celeb fans including Kingston Rossdale and Olive Baron Cohen.
