Celebs Love Hoohobbers Baby Accessories

Hoohobbers

Since 1981, Chicago-based Hoohobbers has been manufacturing stylish kids products (furniture and bedding) for parents across the country. They stock everything from art easels and baby rockers to sleeping bags and table lamps. Plus, they can personalize and customize anything.

Hoohobbers has a lot of celeb fans too. Heidi Klum and Seal were recently gifted a personalized Moses basket ($140) with matching messenger diaper bag ($75) and baby bib ($12) in a pretty floral print for their new little girl, Lou.

Heidi and Seal’s other three kids (Leni, Henry and Johan) were also given the perfect big sibling gift — a monogrammed Munchbox ($20). Machine-washable, these cute lunch totes are made of cotton, nylon lining and foam insulation.

And, Tori Spelling‘s little ones love lounging around in the company’s Rocking chair ($49) — Stella has the pink version and Liam has blue.

Gretchen Wilson On Working Hard, Playing Harder

Chris Polk/WireImage

In her latest single titled “Work Hard, Play Harder,” Gretchen Wilson let fans catch a glimpse into the way the country crooner chooses to live her life: logging long hours at the studio, but even longer hours at home with daughter Grace Frances!

“I love to be able to work my butt off in the studio and then go out there and hit four nights in a row on tour, then come back here again to the record company and make four or five decisions,” she tells The Boot.

Fortunately, days spent away from her family are followed by rest and relaxation at home with Grace. “Then I want to go home and play tickle on the couch with my little girl,” Gretchen explains, adding that she closes herself off to the world to focus on her daughter.

“When I get to that time, the phone is off, the door is closed and locked, and I’ll be back with you at 8:00 a.m.”

Her decision to place family first came after the 36-year-old’s realization that, without her loved ones to celebrate her career with, her stellar success was meaningless. “I started thinking, ‘What the hell am I doing all this for if it’s not for these moments?’” she recalls.

After all, notes the proud mama, her days with Grace are quickly dwindling!

“I’m gonna turn around real quick and my little 8-year-old is gonna be 14 and she’s gonna be coming in from school, slamming the door with the ‘Keep Out’ sign on it, going, ‘Hey! I don’t want no part of you.’”

And while Gretchen jokes that when those days do come she may finally be privy to “a love life,” for now, her main squeeze remains Grace. “These are my few years that I’m gonna have her completely to myself, so my playing harder right now is probably a little different than what people think,” she notes.

That said, don’t underestimate this “Redneck Woman!”

“But don’t get me wrong, I can still get down with the best of ‘em, but I just don’t do it as often as I used to!”

Her dedication to her daughter is one Gretchen hopes Grace will one day appreciate. “I hope with all my heart that when she grows up, she’ll — and this is such a ‘mom’ thing to say — but that when she grows up, she’ll look back and not remember the times when I was working and not there…but still she’ll remember how hard her mom worked to provide and to keep everything going and to keep everyone happy,” says Gretchen.

Grace is Gretchen’s daughter from a previous relationship with Mike Penner.

Even better news? It’s available as a travel system with Britax’s new Chaperone Stroller ($300), which we also tested with great results.

Judy Reyes Reveals Her 'Deep' Third-Trimester Thoughts

Courtesy Pregnancy for use on CBB

Only days away from her November 30th due date, Judy Reyes is finally ready to face her longtime fear: a baby!

“I’ve never been a baby person; babies always scared the living s–t out of me. I’ve always been afraid to drop them or hurt them,” the expectant mama reveals in the December issue of Pregnancy magazine.

However, set to welcome a daughter with her boyfriend George Valencia, the Scrubs star has allowed the growing excitement to overcome any other emotion!

“Now every little [baby] thing I see, I’m like, ‘Ooh, my God!’ I can’t stop. In other words, I drank the Kool-Aid.”

In preparation for the couple’s impending bundle of joy, the pair have kept busy with trips to the hospital for the standard tour and “a couple of classes,” including pain-management.

On her own, Judy has also been increasing her visits to her therapist!

“I just hope to combine the working-class ways of the daughter from an immigrant group in the Bronx and all those glorious benefits of someone whose made an incredible life — without spoiling the kid,” she explains.

Joking that her worries are “the kind of serious deep s–t that plagues a woman in her last trimester,” Judy’s soul-searching has left her with at least one certainty: there will be no camera crew in this family’s future.

“So through all this L.A. beach, hippie, George Clooney, Angelina [Jolie] stuff, I wonder, ‘How do I balance this existence so that this child really understands?’ I guess you try to live by example and you don’t end up on a reality show.”

Much like her sudden love for everything baby, Judy has also come across another new obsession: nap time. Never one to catch a few minutes of sleep during the day before she became pregnant, the actress laughs, these days, she is all about the shut-eye!

“I’m not a napper, but I have been partying hard with the napping during this pregnancy,” she jokes. “It’s been the equivalent of clubbing for me. I’m like, ‘Ooh, I can’t wait until 2:30 and I can sleep for an hour!”
