Ashley Jensen Welcomes Son Francis Jonathan

Francis Specker/Landov

It’s a boy for Ashley Jensen and her husband, actor Terence Beesley!

The Accidentally on Purpose actress welcomed son Francis Jonathan Beesley — he’s already going by the nickname of ‘Frankie Jack‘ — on Tuesday, October 20th, her rep confirms to PEOPLE, adding that mother and child are home and doing well.

The couple chose not to find out the sex of the baby before delivery, Ashley told Celebrity Baby Blog.

“We thought there are so few surprises left in the world,” the Emmy-nominated actress, 40, explains. “We wanted to be surprised, so we don’t have the room painted pink or blue.”

The couple, who eloped in January 2007 after seven years together, announced the pregnancy in July.

Ashley will be returning to work soon on the hit show Accidentally on Purpose, which airs Monday evenings at 8:30 p.m. on CBS.

Julie Bowen: No Brotherly Love Amongst My Boys

 alt= Kevan Brooks/AdMedia

Brotherly love is — for the moment — unheard of in Julie Bowen‘s household.

With the actress having welcomed fraternal twins John and Gus in May, first-born Oliver McLanahan, 2 ½, is having a tough time adjusting to big brotherhood.

“He hates them, but you know what, tough, he’ll get past it,” Julie tells Celebrity Baby Blog at the March of Dimes 4th Annual Celebration of Babies luncheon.

“He’s a boy. Boys don’t like babies. He’s the oldest. He definitely fights for my attention.”

Fortunately, Oliver has much to keep him busy — the toddler has started preschool!

“He’s [in] two days a week,” Julie shares. “He loves it.”

Despite his resistance to John and Gus, Oliver is all about his new teachers!

“Apparently, he’s working his magical charms on the teachers there,” laughs Julie.

In attempts to win back his mother’s attention, Julie jokes that Oliver has even taken to using his charisma on her!

“He tries to get me to stay in bed with him — he strokes my face and tells me I’m beautiful,” she reveals.

“He’s like a seducer. He’s like, ‘Mama, you stay here, you’re so beautiful,’ and I’m like, ‘Yes, yes.’ I’m being seduced by a two-and-a-half year-old.”

Kimora Lee Simmons on Motherhood: 'That's What I Was Made to Do'

Frazer Harrison/Getty

Proudly proclaiming herself a “very good” mom, Kimora Lee Simmons says the proof rests with her children, themselves. Ming Lee, 9 ½, Aoki Lee, 7, and Kenzo Lee, 5 months, are “fun,” “sweet,” “well-behaved” and “mannerable” kids, the 34-year-old Baby Phat CEO tells OK! “It’s a successful thing we’ve got going on.” Kimora adds,

“The most fulfilling thing in my life is to be a parent and a mother…That’s what I was made to do. There’s times when I’ve been the mom and the dad. I’m very good at it; that’s what I do. It’s my thing.”

Although she admits she is “scared” to juggle her various professional commitments and her ever-growing family with husband Djimon Hounsou, she hints that a fourth child is likely. “I’m young, so why not?” she asks before adding, “I don’t put a number on it, but I wouldn’t mind — whatever happens. If it’s four or five, I wouldn’t mind.”

“I think I’ve been blessed enough to take care of them and blessed enough to have the wherewithal to deal with them, and the mental capacity and the patience, so I don’t see why I couldn’t or why I wouldn’t. I love it. It’s the most rewarding thing of my life, and I think Djimon feels the same way.”

That’s not to say that a pregnancy announcement is imminent, however! “I would like a little moment to be free to eat what I want and have a little drink and to enjoy my body post-baby, since the baby has moved out,” she points out. “We always call it the baby condo that they left behind — you know, the belly. Before I get a new occupant in the condo, I’d like a little moment of freedom.”

Kimora promised that when she has news, she’ll share it!

“I’ll let you know — I can’t keep a secret, I have a big mouth. And if I don’t have a big mouth, I’ll have a big belly, so you’ll see one or the other. But so far, nothing yet.”

Click below for Kimora’s thoughts on the differences between baby girls and baby boys.

The Top Chef host, 39, expects her first child in late March/early April. What will she name her new arrival?

“The name will have to do with my family,” she said recently. “I don’t think it’s going to be called ‘Pomegranate’ or ‘Atlanta.’”

Steal That Style: Perfect Puffer Coats For Kids!

Celebrity Baby Blog – Steal That Style

Fall leaves are dropping away and winter is fast approaching! It’s high time you deck your little one out in a cozy coat that will keep them warm and toasty!

Our fave this season is the puffer coat. Once used exclusively by skiers, it’s a great option for kids because the extra insulation keeps the warmth in and the cold out!

Celeb parents must agree! Actor Liev Schreiber bundled up son Sasha in babyGap’s Warmest Jacket in True Navy ($50) last Sunday. On a trip to the park with mom Heidi Klum last April, little Leni looked adorable in her Juicy Couture Kids Fur Trimmed Puffer Jacket in Muse ($252). And earlier this year, cutie pie Olive Baron Cohen donned the Juicy Couture Baby Puffer Parker.
