T.R. Knight: 'I Want a Baby'

Flynet

The baby fever which has swept across the set of Grey’s Anatomy has spread, apparently, to former costar T.R. Knight. The 36-year-old actor, who departed the show earlier this year, said during a Tuesday visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he’s anxious to become a father.

“I want a baby,” he revealed before adding,

“I don’t know if it’s going to end up working out, but that would be something I would like.”

Good friend and new mom Katherine Heigl has provided much inspiration. “I’ve wanted [kids] for a while,” T.R. explains, “so it reinforces it.”

As for Katherine’s 11-month-old daughter Naleigh, T.R. says,

“She’s such a beautiful baby. I’m so happy for her and [husband] Josh [Kelley].”

As for the other Grey’s Anatomy babies, T.R. says he’s spent time with Anniston Kae5-month-old daughter of Chyler Leigh — but is yet to meet Stella Luna – 4-week-old daughter of Ellen Pompeo. “There’s a head cold going around the cast and you can’t see the baby,” he explains. “So I’m pushing wellness formula on them to get the cast better so I can go see them.”

Christina Aguilera Tells Moms: 'You're Still You'

Ellen von Unwerth

Telling the November issue of Cosmopolitan UK that people should never be “ashamed…of their sexuality,” Christina Aguilera won’t be caught singing different tune now that she’s a mom to son Max Liron, 21 months.

“I love to embrace it — there’s such a sense of freedom in it,” the 28-year-old songstress says. Urging other new moms to keep a “strong sense of yourself,” Christina adds,

“You’re still you, and you can still be confident in your sexuality.”

Motherhood hasn’t changed the trajectory of her career, either. “I’d never give up my musical or artistic side just to be a mother,” Christina explains. “There’s got to be a balance and I want to set that example –- as the kind of woman I want my son to respect.”

Max is Christina’s first child with husband Jordan Bratman, whom she wed in November 2005.

Steal That Style: Keep It Clipped!

Celebrity Baby Blog – Steal That Style

Any mother whose child has been through the pacifier phase can relate: in a quiet crowd the little one starts to wail, only for a flustered mama to look down and realize baby’s binky is long gone! Where to? Most likely the floor, tangled up in clothes, or — worse yet — the dog’s mouth.

Fortunately, keeping baby satisfied with their pacifier close at hand — and providing moms with a bit of temporary relief! — is more than doable with the countless pacifier clips on the market. Not only can the child learn to soothe themselves by having easy access to their binky, but moms can rest assured their little one’s pacifier stays clean!

Celebrity parents seem to have gotten the memo when it comes to the benefits of a pacifier clip — we’ve tracked down three baby boys who were spotted out and about with their parents, both binky and clip on hand! Little Levi stared down the paparazzi — and showed off his Haba Baby Motley Pacifier Clip — while shopping with his dad Matthew McConaughey last April; Zuma Nesta Rock made sure his pacifier stayed right where it should be — his mouth! — while safely in the arms of his mama Gwen Stefani in May; A sleepy Dashiell Orson was too busy snoozing to miss his pacifier, but mom Naomi Lowde-Priestley had it close by with baby’s Ladybugs and Lullabies Binky Link in Cocoa Chic Blue in case he woke up!

Foogo Phases: I'll Drink to That!

Foogo Phases

Hopefully, by now, you are well-versed on the importance of going BPA-free with your bottles and sippy cups. Not only is BPA believed to contribute to several forms of cancer, recent studies have also linked it with an increased risk of developing obesity and other health problems.

Foogo to the rescue! Made by Thermos, Foogo recently introduced ‘Phases,’ a new line of 100% BPA-free sippy cups and straw bottles with interchangeable lids. Available in vacuum-insulated stainless steel or Tritan copolymer plastic, the Phases collection ($15 to $18) offers up an astounding 24 possible lid and body combinations — perfect for that finicky toddler who changes his sippy cup preference day-to-day or even hour-to-hour!

Another benefit? The cups (available in three varieties) are so sturdy, you’ll only need one or two. Just stock up on the three available lids (a soft sippy spout, hard sippy spout and the popular push-button straw). It helps save space and money.

Get them online here or here.
