I completely agree with JC.

There's no reason to have an uproar over the pregnant model. It's not as if the magazine is advocating that their readers get pregnant because it's so much fun and the easiest job in the world. If anything, teenagers can see that unplanned pregnancies can happen to anyone and if they choose to have sex, they need to protect themselves.

In contrast, Dunn is an adult. While her age may have a "teen" at the end of it, the law states that she is capable of making her own decisions.

I wish people would start using things like the Teen Vogue cover issue as a teachable moment. What I see is a bunch of people that want to pretend like nothing happens and shelter their kids. Those are the kids that I see that their first taste of freedom go completely out of control.

RE: Lil Sugar article. I'm disappointed that they advocate starting babies on solids at 4 months. I know lots of people do that, but the American Academy of Pediatrics' recommendation is no solids, even cereal, until 6 months of age because the digestive tract is so undeveloped still that it can open the baby to have problems later down the road.

RE: The Teen Vogue cover. I don't see what the big deal is. I thought from the title that the cover is about the model being pregnant, but you can't even tell and they magazine didn't know till after the shoot.
