Actress Rebecca Gayheart smiled as she left the Beverly Hills Hotel after lunch with a pal on Friday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The actress, 38, expects her first child with her husband, Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, in late winter.

I’m lovin the dress too. I like her, who cares if she looks haggard, not every pregnant woman looks like a million bucks every day of the week of their pregnancy.
