Matthew McConaughey and His Beach Baby!

Grabbing some seaweed to go, Levi Alves McConaughey, 15 months, wobbles the beach under dad Matthew McConaughey‘s watchful eye on Tuesday in Malibu, Calif.

The actor, 39, and partner Camila Alves expect their second child in late December/early January.

We spotted Camila out last week — she’s getting big!

Levi wears Stride Rite’s “Pullet” Soft Motion shoes in Navy ($30).

I’ve always questioned Levi’s height. He is REALLY small for his age. I’ve seen many other shots of Levi and hopefully this doesn’t come off disrespectful because it shouldn’t be something to be ashamed of but he does remind me of a little person. I think he’s just small and I’m not educated on the condition so I don’t want to make assumptions I am simply just making an observation.
Nonetheless Levi is my favorite celeb baby boy next to Kingston and Zuma….he’s too cute for words and always looks so happy! I can’t wait too see baby #2!

Levi is a cute little boy.

From what I can see in pictures he doesn’t have Achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism and the one I believe most people refer to when they comment on his small height.Children with Achondroplasia have normal seized torsos but visibly short legs and arms.Levi’s arms and legs are proportionate with the rest of his body and so is his head.Achondroplasia very often interferes with the babies’ motor skills and they take longer to roll over,crawl and walk. Children usually have club feet.Clearly, Levi is capable of walking and moves well for a child his age.His feet seem fine and able to support him.

I don’t see any reason to worry for his height.He’s short but he’s out and about so much that I doubt he has any serious health problems.

But it’s funny cause in other photos he looks fine it just depends I guess on the angle they’re photographing him. He just always looks so tiny but hey they’re is nothing wrong with that coming from someone who’s short

He is a little fella, but his mama isn’t very tall either I don’t believe.. (I could so totally be wrong)
My son was an itty bitty little thing until he his about 12 and now he is almost a foot taller than me!!
Either way he is a cutie tootie!!!

Levi will probably grow up to be pretty tall, but he does look really slight right now. His mom is about 5″9″, and his dad is around 6 foot.

I don’t think Levi is that tiny. He just seems so tiny because we are not used to see the other babies on this site walking at this age, they are always being carried.
