As a former teachers aide, I am sickened by the things those women in Montana did to that child! The job of an aide is to HELP special needs students. That is your sole purpose. To abuse the children you are responsible for helping is repulsive. I loved my job and my students. It was not a “fun” job, but it was more rewarding than any other. I’m honestly disgusted by this and hope that these women are punished severely for abusing their power.
