LaLa Vazquez and Kiyan: Seriously Sweet

With cupcakes in the room, 2 ½-year-old Kiyan Carmelo was all business on Wednesday as he and mom LaLa Vasquez stopped by the grand opening of Famous Cupcakes in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The event — hosted by the Kardashian family — was also attended by mom-to-be Kourtney Kardashian.

Kiyan is the first child for the 30-year-old former MTV VJ and her fiancé, Carmelo Anthony of the Denver Nuggets.

I too saw that picture!! It was HILARIOUS!!! I heard a story that LaLa isn’t going to have any more kids because she suffered from severe morning sickness. There is of course a name for it but I can’t think of it at this point. I was sad for her. Anyways, she looks AMAZING and Kiyan is super cute!!

to the poster above- it’s called severe hyperemesis gravidarum (horrible vomiting and nausea, all day sickness) I had it my 1st pregnancy, I had to be IV feed because I could not hold anything and lost 20lbs in my first trimester! With that said, I hope LaLa gives pregnancy another shot, because her little guy is handsome! My other daughter was a breeze, no morning sickness at all, every time is different.
